A run down hotel.

The location was so convenient getting off the freeway and back on.
People took the carts into their rooms, and kept them there, so when it was time to check out, we needed to carry our bags to the car. Rude people.
The location was good
No tea or coffee machine in room
Had to keep going down to reception to get coffee which wasn’t really hot
The pillows are non existent they were flat and after 5 mins disappeared when I pulled the sheets back it looked like they had been slept in for months they were so creased
The cost of the room was very expensive for what you get and we had to leave very early in the morning ( 4am ) and I asked the receptionist if they had any to go breakfast but she just said breakfast is between 6-10am which I knew!

On July 6, my family and I stayed at this location. We booked through Booking.com based largely on the hotel's excellent cleanliness reviews. Unfortunately,that was not the case. assigned room 323, we found a significant amount of dog hair on both comforters, and while inspecting the bed, a black spider crawled across it. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to another room, which I appreciated, but our two young daughters were frightened and had difficulty sleeping afterward thinking there were bugs in the beds.
While I understand the hotel is pet-friendly, dirty bedding and a musty-smelling room are unacceptable, especially for the $172 we paid for one night.The following morning, the front desk agent said he would contact Booking.com regarding a refund, nothing was done.
