Pros:

Прекрасный санаторий, вкусная еда, замечательный персонал. Отличное месторасположение - в тихом месте с потрясающим видом.
Широкий выбор процедур, многие из которых входят в цену размещения с лечением.
Есть лобби, два бара, детская комната, периодически показывают фильмы или устраивают дискотеки.
Персонал отеля вежливый и отзывчивый и делает пребывание поистине незабываемым. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить работу физиотерапевта Лилит (Лейла), бармена лобби-бара Мелины, специалиста кабинета гальваноторфа Седы и массажиста Вардана, за профессионализм и невероятно теплое отношение к гостям.

Cons:

Скорость Wi-fi намного ниже заявленной (макс. 20 Мбит/с).

Pros:

Comfortable room and bathroom; pool; possibility to access to treatments (after medical consultation).
Views from the balcony.

Cons:

You can't use the pool early in the morning before excursions (it opens at 10.00).
Buffet is rich but it should enhance more the Armenian tradition instead of questionable international dishes ("fried vermicelli" were a sort of insult for us who come from Italy!). Breakfast sweets were not bad but the worst in our Armenian holiday.

Cons:

Понравились санаторные процедуры, а также вкусное и разнообразное питание с возможностью самостоятельно выбирать блюда.

Cons:

Мы приехали после очень долгой дороги, почти сутки без сна, с детьми, и вежливо поинтересовались, будет ли возможность заселиться немного раньше, если номер освободится. Однако заселение произошло строго в установленное время, несмотря на то, что подготовка номера, по всей видимости, заняла около двух часов после выезда предыдущих гостей. При этом ковровое покрытие в номере оказалось влажным. Также при заезде нам не объяснили особенности и правила санаторной системы работы отеля.

Very good place for teh money!
Pros:

Food was not thta good - it was abundant but not great quality - I would qualify it as "massive buffet style" - and the coffee was poor

Great retreat
Pros:

Great place to chill and relax. Some of the treatment options are included in the price, other like massage are paid extra but at reasonable price.
Good food and nice staff.
Very clean. Beautiful location.

A super relaxed stay - all needs taken care of :)
Pros:

Great location and spa concept. Comfortable spacious rooms with stunning views from private balcony. Tasty & plentiful food. Stunning pool with dramatic views of the gorge. Very good sauna. Beautiful terraces to relax on. Spa treatments and helpful spa staff.
Very child friendly - including a scenic jungle gym + kids room / daycare.

Cons:

Baffling that the gym only opens at 10am. Would be great to be able to work out before breakfast.
And only instant coffee available - if you want a real coffee need to wait for bar to open mid morning.

Очень понравилось все
Pros:

Все! Очень понравилось. Были всего пару ночей, теперь хотим приехать на подольше;) вкусная еда, шикарный вид, процедуры даже можно делать. Бассейн и тренажерный зал. Все понравилось 😊
