Pros:

Excellent location, with all types of public transport nearby. It was very easy to collect the keys for both the apartment and the paid parking. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the whole stay was simple, smooth, and hassle-free.

Pros:

Toplage, freundliches Personal, gepflegtes Gebäude, sehr saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher, schöne moderne Wohnung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man fühlt sich super wohl!

Cons:

Insgesamt sauber, aber nicht gründlich gereinigt. Ecken staubig, Flecken auf Badezimmerwänden. Vielleicht aber auch nur deswegen, weil wir sehr spontan auf diese Wohnung umbuchen mussten und das Reinigungspersonal dieses Mal nur sehr wenig Zeit zur Vorbereitung hatte.
Einrichtung haben wir als ein wenig karg empfunden.

Pros:

I've stayed in the apartments twice already. Very clean, very comfortable, very central with all needed amenities. The towels are clean and high quality, the bed is comfortable and nice. You cannot head the noise outside unless you open the windows. The location is central, with metro and tram stations located right in front of the building.

Cons:

In May when it was around 30 degrees outside, it was hot in the room, especially at night. In summer it will be worse. There is no AC to make the rooms cooler, which is probably the only disadvantage of the room.

Pros:

Spacious apartments right in the city center, yet still quiet and cozy. Tram and metro stops are very close by, which made getting around really convenient.

Cons:

The TV worked poorly and kept freezing every half hour, so it was difficult to actually watch anything without constantly restarting it. Also, there are basically no parking spaces nearby, which is something to keep in mind if you’re arriving by car.
