Pros:

Good beddings and towel lovely breakfast but no hot drink for kids

Cons:

No adjoining room available, I was given a disabled room, bathroom sink was too low and too small for me.

The clean room

Cons:

The hotel is so difficult to find. I think the back area which is closer to d coach stop should be open for access into the hotel. It is really difficult to find. I wont be staying here in the future.

Einfaches Parken, ein schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Weit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, schlecht zugänglich ohne Auto über ein Einkaufszentrum. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes (billige Zutaten) und schlecht präsentiert, Frühstückstische waren lange nicht abgeräumt und nicht sauber.

Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast as thought it expensive. Good size room but chairs very low. I know it was an accessible room but partners and carers share. Huge shower room but not enough grab rails. My husband struggled to reach shelf for toiletries. A shelf is needed near the very small low sink. It should be arise and fall sink. We were there 4 nights and we were comfortable. Staff very pleasant and obliging.

Pros:

Clean room and shower room. Sound proof windows.

Cons:

Food not as described in menu, poor quality and quantity. Breakfast, hot food seems to be reheated, not freshly cooked. Selection of continental breakfast below average.
Gym equipment screaming for maintenance. Some stuff doesn't work. All three treadmills running belts are slack, safety level compromised.

Ok but very expensive for basic standard. Expected more from Ramada

Receptionist friendly and helpful

Cons:

The quality of comfort. One very poor quality pillow each. The phone didn’t work to call reception for more pillows. The duvet was very stained. Sink didn’t drain. Breakfast was very disorganised and extremely hot uncomfortable environment.

Bathroom basic. Slippy floor in showebathroom floorr, which was too open and caused soaking of bathroom floor,
