Rooms were lovely and spacious - we had 3 all of the same size and quality.
Food was good and service was lovely.

Cons:

The room (and corridor) smelt strongly of cigarette smoke on arrival.
Quite a few food options from the menu were unavailable.

Pros:

Building looked a bit strange but the staff the room the food. Was all excellent . A wee hidden gem and just beside the ice rink

Pros:

I visit the Ramada a few times a year to visit my family. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast is good, with choices of hot and cold food. I will be returning in May.

Cons:

I found the room to be a wee bit cold, I turned the heating up in the room but it didn’t make any difference, I really should have reported it to reception, but apart from that everything good.

Great property, few more hands deck pls!
Pros:

Newly renovated, clean, fairly modern. We stayed as normal people or as non-disabled people in a disabled suite and it was super spacious. Security is at a maximum and felt really safe. Phenomenal comfort and value!

Cons:

You need more staff on duty. There were only two staff on shift. There was a huge group in the front of house hall/reception. People were needing drinks, the reception was needing help, people were needing let in, and there were not enough people to handle it.

Pros:

great location with friendly staff at a reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was excellent with great choice. on the whole a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The building from the outside looks a bit shabby but once inside its really nice. Where to park was not clear at all and had to go to reception to find out where to park.
