Avoid if possible….a dungeon !!
Pros:

Only the location. Everything else was disaster. Starting with reception. Rude. One made inappropriate political comments. We were shocked.

Cons:

Asked 3 times - months in advance NOT to be placed at the separate hotel across from Panada. We have paid for Panada ! They assigned us a room despite request at hotel across the Panada, depressing and small. Claiming they didn’t have a room for us! It turned out minutes later they did have it, but being ignorant as they are we had to fight to get it. Not welcoming at all.

Nos alojaron en un edificio que no eataba en las instalaciones del hotel

La ubicación es muy buena a pocos metros de plaza San Marcos

Cons:

A nosotros no nos alojaron en el hotel nos alojaron en un edificio que esta en otro edificio y aúneme esta cerca no está en el mismo edificio y no puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones, era un edificio bastante feo y con un ascensor muy muy lento el desayuno súper simple sólo era café o té croasants y jamón salami y queso y yogures

Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Sightseeing-Tour. Wir haben es genossen am Abend die etwas ruhigere Atmosphäre des
Markusplatzes etc. zu genießen.
Das Frühstück ist nach dem dritten Tag mehr wie einseitig. Es wird jeden Tag das gleiche angeboten.

Cons:

Wir wurden in ein Nebengebäude einquartiert, das sehr ruhig war, aber es müsste komplett saniert werden.
Frühstückräume sind sehr nieder und leider wurde ein Teil dann zugesperrt.

We slept with different sizes of bedbugs. Disgusting. Could not sleep well. Some of you may wonder why i did not ask to the reception or hotel staff may think so, come on guys at the time, a full hotel, what could you do?
