Localização ótima, mas primeira noite arruinada por percevejos e falta de resposta do hotel.
Pros:

A localização é excelente — a dois minutos da Praça de São Marcos, muito central para tudo. A decoração do lobby é bonita e o pessoal foi rápido a mudar-nos de quarto na manhã seguinte

Cons:

Na primeira noite encontrámos percevejos no quarto 134. A nossa filha foi picada várias vezes nas costas e ninguém da família dormiu — passámos a noite os quatro numa única cama, sem confiar nas restantes. De manhã o hotel mudou-nos para outro quarto sem qualquer discussão, o que confirma que o problema era conhecido. Temos fotografias das picadas, do sangue nos lençóis e dos insetos. Comunicámos a situação e pedimos uma compensação pela noite perdida, mas até hoje não obtivemos qualquer resposta. Vimos ainda que outros hóspedes relatam o mesmo problema, o que indica ser recorrente.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, detrás de la plaza san Marco

Cons:

Pedí cama doble grande y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales.
El desayuno pésimo, muy escaso y de baja calidad .
La comida del restaurante del hotel fue un verdadero hurto. Pedimos lasaña y era una masa de harina hervida con una cuchara de salsa por encima y el segundo plato no tengo palabras para describirlo. Por lo que de los tres días siguientes ya no volvimos a comer ahí.
Espero que mejoren la comida y el desayuno para la próxima
