Pros:

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Normalerweise gibt es Frühstück erst ab 6 30, da ich aber um 6.30 schon weg musste, konnte ich schon kurz vorher frühstücken,sehr nett, danke! Komme gerne wieder!

Pár napos kiruccanásra tökéletes! Perfect for a few days getaway!

Kellemes belvárosi hotel, mégis csendes környéken. Minden közel van, óváros, vasútállomás, park. Kedves személyzet. A reggeli finom, elegendő választékkal. A szobák tágasak. Nice downtown hotel, yet in a quiet area. Everything is close, old town, train station, park. Friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious, with enough choice. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

A szőnyegpadló durva anyagú és ragadós a hatása. Papucs ajánlott. A légkondi lassan indul be, de erre figyelmeztet is a kis tájékoztató. The carpet is rough and sticky. Slippers are recommended. The air conditioning is slow to start, but the small information sheet warns about this.

Bei Übernachtungen in St. Pölten immer gerne im Hotel Metropol
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war mit Blick auf die Rückseite des Hotels gelegten und dadurch sehr ruhig. Das Hotel bietet ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen! Es liegt auch sehr zentral, sodass man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum, aber auch im Festspielbezirk ist. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und das Hotel in einer Kurzparkzone liegt, haben wir auch die hoteleigene Parkgarage genutzt (Gebühr € 12/Tag). Das Auto konnten wir am nächsten Tag bis 15 Uhr dort stehen lassen.

Cons:

Da wir Schlechtwetter hatten, haben wir uns nach der Abendveranstaltung für die hoteleigene Bar entschieden (anstatt in der Stadt ein Lokal aufzusuchen). Auch wenn der Mitarbeiter an der Bar wirklich sehr bemüht war, war die Auswahl auf Bier und Aperol Spritz beschränkt. Schade, hat das Hotel doch einen wirklich schöne Bar.
