Чудовий готель, дуже високий рівень сервісу, зручні номери, смачний та різноманітний сніданок.

Cons:

Звісно є проблема паркування , але це нормально для центру міста.

Pros:

В готелі та номері доволі чисто

Cons:

Ну по-перше замовляли номер Напівлюкс Делюкс з додатковим диваном. При поселенні помітили, що це не повноцінний диван, як було вказано в описі та на фото, а більше розкладушка з матрацом поверх неї, матрац в кінці просідає і людина просто провалювалася, сидіти в цій частині «дивану» не можливо. Кондиціонер в номері ледве працює, в туалеті витяжка не працює взагалі. По сніданках: по типу шведської ліні, але вибір дуже скудний, овочі не доготовані , не смачні, свіжі овочі взагалі не виглядають свіжими, огірки обвітрені та сухі, кавова машина працює невідповідно до вибору, якщо якісь продукти закінчуються досить довго чекати потрібно , щоб поновили, краще брати варіант без сніданку. Замовляли пізнє виселення, воно можливе тільки до 8 вечора, ніхто не попередив , що потрібно буде замінити ключ в кімнату при продовженні проживання. Ціна не відповідає якості абсолютно. Адміністратори на рецепції не орієнтуються в елементарних речах.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Werde beim nächsten Lviv Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal. Gute, zeitnahe Kommunikation. Modern renovierter Altbau, sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Einzelbett ist etwas schmal.
