Cons:

Absolute Nightmare – Ruined Family Trip and Zero Accountability

An absolute disgrace!
We completed the hotel's digital check-in and confirmed our late arrival for 3 booked rooms.
Despite holding the keys, we walked into our room only to find strangers sleeping in it!
Once we met this scenraio, no hotel representatuve was there to provide a solution. No staff, no answers on any phone line or Whatsapp all night.
We were literally left with nowhere to sleep.
Luckily we had 2 more rooms and my 70-year-old parents had to endure the humiliation and discomfort of squeezing into one bed with a third adult.

​To make matters worse, the hotel management showed zero empathy the next morning, brushing it off as 'human error' and refusing a refund for a room we legally checked into but couldn't use.
This place is unsafe and completely unprofessional.

My home … in Bologna
Pros:

Everything was perfect: the location, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the bed and the breakfast. In my opinion, this hotel offers the best value for money in Bologna. I have stayed in many other hotels in the city centre over the years, and NH Bologna De La Gare remains my favourite choice. I would definitely stay here again.

A localização junto à estação de comboios e a escassos 20 minutos do centro histórico.no geral, o quarto era cómodo, confortável e limpo.

剛好分配到的浴室是浴缸，淋浴的地方用折疊式玻璃隔板阻擋，但這樣也表示沒辦法完全阻隔水灑出，洗完澡地板可能很濕。
