Help and friendly staff, and fantastic view from the rooftop area.
Nice furnitures in the lobby area making it very cozy. The breakfast place in the 18th floor is wonderful. Beautiful view and good selection of food. Moreover, they had prepared small things that makes our stay very memorable. Such as a nice welcome drink, getuk chips as snacks in the room and a cute personalized key chain when we checked out. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay! Thank you.

Area kolam renangnya terlalu sempit
Bij de incheckbalie zijn ze erg vriendelijk en is veel mogelijk. Beveiliging is er ook 24/7 en ze zijn vrij actief. Eten is van goede kwaliteit. Kamers zijn prima. Nadat we iets vergeten waren werd er direct contact opgenomen. Ook mooi uitzicht en gezellige rooftopbar.
Balkon heeft niet echt uitzicht, douchegel was op, douche is maar enkele minuten warm, en koelt daarna snel af. Soms lang wachten op ons eten, 1x zelfs 45 minuten, terwijl restaurant leeg was en genoeg personeel rondliep. Zwembad was een beetje koud.

- Good space and layout of the room : well designed and functional
- The staff are kind and helpful. Shout out to one of the officer in the breakfast area who helped us returning our cellphones
- The location is good, surrounded by many minimarkets, cafe and shops
- There was a problem with the AC in the living room area. It doesn't feel cold. But for us it's minor problem.
- You have to climb the stairs to reach to breakfast area (no elevator). It's also a minor thing for us, however it might be a point of consideration for others

Winkels en restaurants in overvloed rond het hotel. Sla vooral de Italiaan aan de overkant niet over!
In de 18+ bar hadden we niet zoveel te zoeken.

There is a very limited amount of hot water available for showering
The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast had a great selection, and the location made it easy to explore Yogyakarta. My favorite part was the rooftop bar—the views of Mount Merapi and the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
