Mas o que realmente fez a diferença na nossa estadia foi o atendimento da recepção. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial para Flávia e Micol, que foram simplesmente maravilhosas! Extremamente simpáticas, atenciosas, educadas e sempre dispostas a ajudar. Nos atenderam com muita cordialidade e fizeram com que nos sentíssemos muito bem recebidos desde o primeiro momento.

My stay at the NH Catania Hotel was comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located for exploring
Pros:

The room was spacious for my son and I. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We also went to the roof top bar and the wait staff was excellent. Wonderful customer service.

OK hotel but not too memorable
Pros:

Comfortable if basic hotel room on the smallish side. Plus side was excellent AC, especially helpful given the high temperatures in Catania. Bathroom was ok but could use some attention to mildew in the tub. Note the tub is a high step up which is standard in Italy. Breakfast was rather pedestrian with a heavy emphasis on pastries. Location is ok and about a 10-15 minute walk to major attractions. Lots of restaurant options nearby.
