Séjour parfait à Gili Air
Pros:

Tout ! Le personnel très gentil et serviable, toujours avec le sourire. La chambre très cosy et le lit très confortable. La piscine parfaite en fin de journée pour se relaxer un peu. Et le petit déjeuner à la carte, tout simplement délicieux ! Le meilleur bowl que j’ai mangé jusqu’au maintenant. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Amazing stay highly recommended!
Pros:

I recently stayed at Jago and had a really lovely experience from the moment I arrived. The whole place felt calm, stylish, and welcoming.

My room was spotless every day, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen and towels felt new, which made a big difference.

The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location was ideal — really central with lots of restaurants, cafes, and places nearby, so getting around was easy.

Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning.

Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Jago and would happily come back.

Schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit leckerem Frühstück und super freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, insbesondere die leckeren Bowls!
Die Lage ist perfekt, da man vom Hafen aus zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten bei der Unterkunft ist und auch zum Strand kann man gut laufen (oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren).
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, vorallem Ozal und Ulfi :)

Exceptional property and great central location
Pros:

We stayed in Villa 3 and it was amazing. It’s very private and large footprint for 2 people. It had a private plunge pool for 2 people. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be recommending to all our friends. We also fell in love with açai bowls for breakfast.

The room is not well maintained and it's older than what the photos show. The bathroom towels needs to be replaced asap, very old and smelly.

Mooi appartement!
Pros:

Locatie perfect, midden op het eiland waardoor alles goed te bereiken was (lopend). Huisje was heel netjes en mooi.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek er niet goed schoongemaakt, badkamervloer was nog vies, geen wc papier. Ook maar 1 bord en glas aanwezig voor een appartement van 4 personen. Echter bij het melden werd dit wel direct in orde gemaakt!

Pros:

The breakfast was really good. The smoothie bowls were one of the best I had in Indonesia. The staff was also amazing, always super nice and helpful. We could borrow snorkelling material to use at the beach and they let us check out a bit later to meet our boat time. The hotel is also super central, less than 10min walk to the pier.

Cons:

Sound isolation was not great in the rooms. You could clearly hear the call for prayer at 3-4am. Not really a fault of the hotel but if you are a light sleeper like me it can be difficult to fall asleep. The bed and pillows were also more on the hard side. Finally, the hotel needs a bit of a remodelling. For instance the doors in our bungalow were not closing properly.

L'emplacement est idéal au cœur de l'île.
Le personne a été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Des scooters et vélos sont directement dispo à la location dans l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.
Enfin la piscine et l'hébergement sont agréables pour passer un très bon séjour !

Genial ubicación de Jago Gili Air
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Está a 5 minutos andando del puerto y en esa misma calle hay de todo: restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados...
El personal es super amable y servicial. Puedes alquilar bicis o motorbikes con ellos. En las zonas comunes hay juegos de mesa y libros

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación era muy muy básica. Había manchas en el suelo, en los azulejos, puertas, cortinas ... No había toallas para las manos y/o cara.
El agua de la piscina estaba siempre ardiendo y no puedes refrescarte de las altas temperaturas

Perfect place on Gili Air
Pros:

Perfect place to stay on Gili Air. Great location, great pool, clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast options (especially the breakfast bowls). Harry and the team were so friendly and helped us organise unforgettable snorkelling trips. Highly recommended!
