最高の旅行になりました！
Pros:

スタッフの対応が全員にこやかでスムーズだった。
大浴場の混雑具合がテレビで確認でき、ある程度時間が読めるので便利。また、タオルは部屋にある分と別で大浴場に置いてあり、さらに脱衣所のお風呂の出入り口のところにあったのでお風呂の中にタオルを持ち込まなくて済み良かった。
ツインルームに3人での宿泊だったので追加のベッドをメールで問い合わせたが、その返信時だけでなくチェックイン時にも追加ベッド用意してある旨を説明してもらい、とても丁寧だと思った。

Pros:

数日滞在しても良かったくらい、ホテルは綺麗で快適でした。駅に近いが、周りは静かで落ち着いていた。

観光の中心からは少し距離がある。目的によっては立地が良くないかもしれないので、よく確認することをおすすめする。

Expensive and won’t come back

The location is great. Next to the station and many shops/restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms are way smaller than what the photo shows.

Amenities are very very few, extremely basic and they push you to go to the common baths to get something as simple as face lotion instead of having in the room.

The pillows are the worst I’ve had in a hotel. And cannot even ask easily for a second one because they only have very limited pillows to borrow and have a rental system.

They charge and have extremely limited options for things that are basic, free and more variety in other cheaper hotel options
