Hermoso hotel en Florencia
Pros:

Todo excelente. La atención, la habitación, desayuno, terraza y pileta. Ubicación y servicios. Todo 10 puntos.

Disappointed due to location being beside a nightclub that is open until 4am
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant and bar

Cons:

It’s beside Central Nightclub. Open until 4am 5 nights a week. It was shocking this is allowed. We had to move room during the night as the noise was unbearable
I’m surprised this is allowed in Florence due to noise pollution.

Pros:

Staff on reception was exceptional, especially one girl who checked us in. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was lovely to have a terrace with sun loungers! Location was perfect, away from busy area. Easy access by walk to train station and nice walk along the river to the centre. Beautiful views from the roof top bar . It was a bonus to have a swimming pool after long walks in the hot weather.

Cons:

Had food in the restaurant and all the main meals arrived cold.

Pool area was poorly staffed…….few towels……food wasn’t available and on two occasions it took staff to come back 30 mins later to say that item ordered were not available

Difficile dire cosa mi è piaciuto

Mi duole dovere scrivere questa recensione ma purtroppo…. Albergo sporco trasandato, personale poco cortese. In un hotel 4 stelle mancava accappatoio, pantofole, macchinetta caffè, set di cortesia, acqua offerta dalla struttura ! Stanze con molta polvere scarsamente pulite. Il display del condizionatore aveva scritto di pulire urgentemente filtri! La colazione una baraonda poca scelta tavoli sporchi personale assente. Mi è sembrato di capire che chi doveva controllare passeggiava per la sala colazione bevendo caffè e mangiando cornetto senza assolutamente curarsi di controllare. Ritengo che la struttura debba essere maggiormente controllata dai responsabili della catena che rappresentano ed anche dagli organi della ASP preposti ai controlli.

Séjour d’une semaine pour vraiment profiter des recoins de Florence

La piscine qui pourrait fermer un peut plus tard.

Lovely hotel with a great rooftop pool area, highlu apprecuated during heatwave. Great location, walking distance from the major tourist destination. Very safre area. Great breakfast options.

Cons:

My room window was on the tram railway, it was ubfornunately noisy, esl.in the early mornings. It was upsetting for a light sleeper.
