Pros:

This is a clean hotel with an okay breakfast and some nice extras like amenities in the bathroom and slippers. It is way too far from anything. Every taxi trip was a 25 dollar taxi each way, even to the train station. The air-conditioning works well, when the heat is extreme this is a plus. If you book this hotel thinking you will use the pool know that it closes at 6pm. This is when you would be coming back from a long day to cool off. There is no shade. The biggest problem that was they had a big party for locals on the rooftop with loud music. We were on the fifth floor and the music went until 2 ish. So loud that we got no sleep. Not good.

Cons:

Where the hotel is. It is next to the freeway. The hotel noise was a big negative. How far it is from any attraction is a big drawback. This is not close to the train station.

Reasonable, but it could have been much better.
Pros:

Location near bus stops and trams.

Cons:

The A/C kept blasting heat non-stop despite the temperature set on the thermostat, making the room temperature unbearable hot. The only solution was to disable the AC, which made the air stale.

The towel rack placement is hazardous, one could fall when reaching for the towels.

The shower box were not enclosed (no wall/division with the bathtube, making it somewhat cold to shower. The shower head is placed toward the glass door, making one constantly bump into the door, opening it, and partially flooding the floor. The box size seemed inadequate, there's enough room for a slightly bigger box without interfering with the remaining space from the bathroom.

Lights in the bathroom were flickering a lot. Lights from the clothing cabinet did not work.

Nice hotel and understanding staff.
Pros:

Hotel in good position only 20 minutes along a beautiful river into the old town which has all the wonderful old sights to see.
We were visiting for the world hedgehog wildlife convention held just outside the ancient area. Transport is easy as well now that I identify as a hedgehog I’m quite bulky but fit in everything even the lift which was a squeeze but the staff helped push me in with the aid of protective gloves.
The hotel has a lovely bar on the top floor with a swimming pool with nice views and nearby is a carre five and a kebab shop if you need any bits and pieces or a slug

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Position conveniently placed nice hotel. Would definitely recommend and good for those who identify differently to their biological birth are all very welcome by the helpful and friendly staff.

Not a relaxing stay unfortunately
Pros:

It’s easy to find and well located. It’s modern and the breakfast buffet is good.

Cons:

The room was rather small. There was no ventilation and the temperature was too high to be able to sleep. Opening the window helped but there is a lot of traffic in front of the hotel, so that kept us awake too. All in all we had a terrible night here. The breakfast buffet is nice but it’s really overrun by people without manners and it is a very noisy space.

Excelente estancia cerca del centro de Florencia.
Pros:

Disfrutamos de una gran experiencia en este hotel. El tamaño y amenidades de la habitación son geniales, muy por encima de la media de lo que puedes encontrar en el casco historico de Florencia. El desayuno es muy bueno, y el restaurante es muy lindo. Las chicas de recepción fueron demasiado amables, siempre dispuestas a ayudar y resolver dudas. Tiene un rooftop con bar precioso con vistas panoramicas de la ciudad. Una de las cosas que más me gustaron es que podías pedir los taxis desde recepción y eran super rapidos, seguros y confiables. En general las instalaciones del hotel son muy cómodas, modernas, limpias y tienen un gran servicio al cliente. Me gusta que aunque esta cerca del centro de Florencia, está alejado de todo el caos y bullicio de la zona más turistica de la ciudad.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel puede ser una desventaja si no viajas con un grupo de personas jovenes o dispuestas a caminar al centro. En mi casó viaje con un adulto de la tercera edad y tuve que tomar taxis desde y hacia el hotel. Que en realidad no es algo "malo" ni es algo que me haría escoger otro hotel, pero sí es algo que tomar en cuenta en el presupuesto del viaje y el tiempo de traslado.

Pros:

Nice hotel with lovely spacious room & bathroom. Nice staff. Location good. Great breakfast!

Cons:

Shower quite small with no shelf for personal toiletries. Bed was too hard & duvet was so thin and no blanket in the wardrobe. No firm pillows available either.
