A lovely hotel with great staff, stunning views and delicious food
Pros:

Really friendly staff, nice room and lovely pool with stunning view. Incredible food too.

Cons:

Housekeeping was hit and miss. A couple of times we asked for the room to be cleaned, but only towels were changed. They have a system where you have to request everything from more coffee pods, to ironing board to maintenance issues via an app, but the app isn’t user friendly and most times, we didn’t get what we’d requested and had to ask 4/5 times at reception before we’d get a resolution. That said, these were for minor things and it didn’t impact our overall stay which was lovely.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui Mercoledì e Giovedì per andare ad un concerto. L'hotel ci ha pienamente sorpresi!
Location bellissima nell'estetica, personale squisito e gentilissimo, pieno di disponibilità.
Le camere ottime, pulite, il bagno bellissimo, un phon degno di essere chiamato tale. La nostra stanza aveva anche un balconcino che c'è stato utile
La posizione adatta alle nostre esigenze, ci sono anche locali per fare colazioni o un pranzo.
La piscina con il rooftop sono una ciliegina sulla torta

La piscina spettacolare ma doverci arrivare ustiona i piedi!

Member staff of the hotel it wasn’t honest about the price of the restaurant and reception about city tax. Looked like they were trying to scam me but charge a lot of money. So anyway I just paid city tax €21 for 3 people I wasn’t paying any extra money.

L’hotel é molto accogliente, con spazi molto grandi. Quando si entra si avverte subito un profumo buonissimo. Tutto molto pulito. La terrazza dell’hotel é aperta anche la sera con bar, piscina e una vista meravigliosa. La stanza é pulitissima, spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Location vicina al centro e collegata benissimo con tutta Firenze.
