Pros:

For a person who travels a lot I found the stay in this hotel is an extraordinary experience. The check in was smooth with the personal touch of Nina who provided an extraordinary room tour. The room view and location were great. The safety and security are both high. The porters and keepers were wonderful. The food is very good too. If I visit Milano again I will stay at Tivoli.

Cons:

Poor English and communication skills of Room Service. Charging 15 Euros for any order (it is preferred to charge 5-10 percent instead). The guest service staff are the front desk staff, and I found most of them lack concierge expertise and need to be trained. One staff mistakenly sent me to the wrong train station and I ended up in a different location than intended. The last thing are the banging noises on the ceiling and walls during the day, evening, and even after midnight.

Pros:

The lighting was a bit dark in the entrance where the full length mirror was. Girls need more light near a mirror.

Not as good as it should have been, as the service fell below expected standards

Room was comfortable and suitable for what we needed, and the bathroom was attractive and clean. Location and proximity to Duomo was the main attraction.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the sofa bed still had dirty sheets on it when we got there, and it took a long time for the housekeeping staff to come and sort this out. For the standard of hotel that the Tivoli espouses to be, this is completely unacceptable. We didn't even ask for an early check-in and it was clear that we were going to use the sofa bed, but there was apparently no preparation for the 3rd person (child), as no extra pillows or towels were left
