The service in the bar was slow. The responsible one took only orders and after a while delegated my order to his subordinate. I got an impression that he wants to a big boss.
The security guard in the entrance hall drove me out to smoke, although I had finished my cigar already outside in the chairs. I explained him my cigar is dead already, but he didn't care. Very impolite behaviour. I asked his name, but he refused to tell.
Under the sofa in my room was very dirty area, lot of dust and dome small objects. I called cleaner to do her job.
Excellent reception, liaised with Angela and others on our transfers, which were smooth. Good location, spotlessly clean, turndown service, good food, lovey bar. Highly recommend.
