Desayuno bueno y la ubicación
Que el monto exigido para los eventuales extras, los utilicen de inmediato para cargar los impuestos en lugar de los extras que el pasajero consuma durante su estadía. Me paso que al tratar de firmar un consumo pequeño del Bar, a horas de haber llegado, ya no tenía crédito y al consultar en la recepción. Me señalaron que lo aplicaban de inmediato al pago de los impuestos, pues habían pasajeros que se iban y no hacían el check outy por ende no pagaban. Es decir fuera del mal rato en el bar frente a los otros pasajeros, se me equiparaba a un sinverguenza.

Muy lindo hotel, habitación muy amplia y excepcionalmente cómoda. Desayuno fabuloso. Ubicación en zona tranquila y próxima a todo.
Hotel is well maintained, located within short walk from main attractions but far enough to provide quiet nights. Room was on a smallish side but designed smart with spaces for everything. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and requests.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in Milan. The staff are great, the amenities too such as the restaurant and the rooms are very comfortable. I love the scent of your soap. Also very well-located between Milano Centrale and the Duomo. I can walk everywhere I want to go from this hotel. Thank you, again, for a great stay!
