We were upgraded without being informed by anyone so cannot comment other than reception was very pleasant.
No information given to us prior to getting to hotel hot& sweaty
Hotel was nice and clean with nice rooms.
Some challenges with check in as there were so many of us - this seemed to take an extraordinay length of time. The hotel also did not receibe our request for the rooms to be set up as twin singles rather than doubles, which led to further delays to get the correct room type assigned.

otel eski bir otel ama kullanılan eşyalar yenilenmiş. hassas bir burnunuza bağlı alerjiniz varsa tetiklenme ihtimali var. bir diğeri de odaya dolap koyup içini komple doldurmuşlar. her şey ücretli. insani su hakkı dahil ücretli. hatta otel girişinde kredi kartınızdan bloke tutuyorlar 90 eur. en anlam veremediğim nokta bu oldu.
Nettes Personal, insbesondere Fabio an der Bar war super hilfsbereit und hat nach dem eigentlichen Küchenschluss für Essen gesorgt.
Keine Parkplätze am Hotel, was bei "Touring" überrascht. Kaffee bei Frühstück insbesondere in Italien sehr schlecht. Die warmen Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet waren allensfalls lauwarm.
Bad sehr klein mit kaum Ablagefläche für zwei Personen.
