Comfortable and convenient Resort Hotel
Pros:

The modern and functional design. Wide open spaces, light colours and a beautiful view of the ocean. It truly was a room with a view. Excellent breakfast buffet and most efficient staff.

Cons:

The bedroom air-con was ineffective and didn’t really cool the room sufficiently despite the stated temperature indicating 20° C.

Great start to an awesome tour of Sicily!
Pros:

The NH Palermo is in an ideal location in the heart of Palermo and boasts a lovely pool, spa, and restaurant with classic Sicilian breakfast treats and coffes to please any taste. A great choice for those looking for an oasis in the thick of it all!

Bien mais dommage pour le housekeeping
Pros:

L’emplacement, les chambres confortables bien qu’un peu bruyantes entre elles et avec le couloir.

Cons:

J’ai oublié des vêtements dans la salle de bain et après avoir envoyé le jour même un mail à l’hôtel il m’a été répondu que rien n’avait été retrouvé. Ceci étant impossible, j’en conclus que mes vêtements auront servi à celui/celle qui aura fait le ménage et les aura récupérés.

Nice modern hotel close to restaurants
Pros:

Room was nice with a balcony and sea view. Balcony was small but would have been nice to have a chair to sit outside. Bed was KS with nice fresh bedding. Plenty of wardrobe space. Good shower. Quite close to restaurants.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities and perhaps some bottled water.

Standards of cleanliness in bathrooms did not reflect the 300 Euro/night cost.
Pros:

Location is very good for central Palermo and availability of secure off-road parking a major positive feature.

Cons:

The bathroom had a fair amount of unsightly black mould around the fittings. Whilst not unusual to see this in a cheaper hotel, I feel this was unacceptable at the price paid at NH Palermo.

Cons:

Brak podstawowych elementów typu papcie hotelowe, vanity kit. Ręczniki były średniej jakości, ale nie ma się co dziwić jeśli ten sam ręcznik dostawało się jako “dywanik” przy prysznicu. Jakość sprzątania była średnia - fruwały koty, a w łazience nie był nawet przetarty blat od zlewu. Śniadania bardzo słodkie, mały wybór świeżych warzyw.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non proprio buono per la camera in cui abbiamo pernottato.
Colazione sicuramente da migliorare ... qualità del cibo mediocre con molti prodotti confezionati, quando invece ti aspetti di assaggiare specialità siciliane artigianali .... personale di sala gentilissimo e cortese
