Poteva andare meglio, ed il cliente va sempre coccolato (soprattutto in un 5 stelle lusso)
Pros:

la colazione è stata veramente eccezionale. Il giardino e la fontana danzante sono state veramente apprezzate e sicuramente vale la pena vederle. Lo staff della cucina è stato molto cordiale ed ha saputo consigliare bene

Cons:

nonostante ci fossero dei problemi con la camera, ovvero, la card per l'apertura della porta non funzionava ed inoltre l'aria condizionata non andava (mi hanno detto che poteva regolarla solo dalla reception ed io potevo solo decidere se accenderla o spegnerla, follia!) non mi è stato ne chiesto se avessi voluto cambiare camera.
Credo che in un resort 5 stelle lusso certe cose non dovrebbero accadere.
Inoltre ho trovato la piscina poco curata.

Pros:

La struttura è immersa nel più bel giardino che potete immaginare. La stanza molto bella grande e pulita, tutti gli ambienti sono molto accoglienti. La colazione è eccezionale e i nostri complimenti vanno sia allo chef che ci ha deliziato sia a colazione che a cena, ma anche a tutto il personale di sala della colazione e del ristorante. La piscina spettacolare e il personale sempre molto attento ad ogni necessità…

Cons:

Il personale della reception potrebbe migliorare, primo a non prendere in giro il cliente dicendo per tre giorni di fila sta arrivando il tecnico del frigorifero, che non è mai arrivato, e soprattutto a fornire tutte le informazioni all’arrivo e non che ad una alla volta le dovevamo andare a chiedere noi, informazioni base, tipo orari di pranzo, come funzionava l’aria condizionata, orari della piscina. O semplicemente mettere queste info in camera cosi uno non fa avanti e dietro visto che nemmeno il telefono funzionava.

Cons:

Zero funzionalità degli spazi, muffa sulla parete del bagno, doccia che allaga il bagno, scopettino del wc spezzato in due, e avanzi di un panino di un altro ospite nel frigo. Aria condizionata poco gestibile. La stanza è enorme ma pensata malissimo. Costo esorbitante.

Pochi giorni prima dell’arrivo con ancora attiva l’opzione di cancellazione gratuita abbiamo chiamato per aver e dettagli. SPA chiusa ma possibilità di avere trattamenti (tipo massaggi) con un giorno di preavviso. Non vero alla fine mia moglie è riuscita a farsi un massaggio solo dopo una decisa lamentela sulla poca trasparenza. Piscina sporca: terriccio sul fondo e postazioni invase dalle formiche. Tutte le belle foto in pubblicità tutto falso perché la maggior parte della struttura è chiusa. Chiudiamo con una colazione dozzinale, povera e lontanissima dagli standard alberghieri
