Pochi giorni prima dell’arrivo con ancora attiva l’opzione di cancellazione gratuita abbiamo chiamato per aver e dettagli. SPA chiusa ma possibilità di avere trattamenti (tipo massaggi) con un giorno di preavviso. Non vero alla fine mia moglie è riuscita a farsi un massaggio solo dopo una decisa lamentela sulla poca trasparenza. Piscina sporca: terriccio sul fondo e postazioni invase dalle formiche. Tutte le belle foto in pubblicità tutto falso perché la maggior parte della struttura è chiusa. Chiudiamo con una colazione dozzinale, povera e lontanissima dagli standard alberghieri

Ganz spezielles Hotel mit grosser Fontaine.

Eine ganz spezielle Hotelanlage. Traumhafter Pool mit guter Poolbar.
Einmaliges Erlebnis war das Abendessen direkt an der Fontaine.

Cons:

Der Service beim Nachtessen an der Fontaine war leider chaotisch.

Tegenvallend bezoek Het bezoek was totaal niet zoals we gehoopt hadden.

Het zwembad. En het personeel bij zwembad was ook leuk.

Cons:

Dat er geen golfbaan was terwijl het aangemeld staat als een Spa&Golf Resort. Geen golfbaan gezien ook niet in aanbouw zoals de receptie zei. Verder was de receptie ook niet echt aardig. Restaurants waren dicht of helemaal weg terwijl er meerdere restaurants zouden zijn. Dat viel allemaal erg tegen.

Per essere un 5 stelle mi aspetto molto di più dal buffet colazione per essere sincero, dovete migliorare questo aspetto....i giorni successivi siamo andati ad un Bar vicino a fare colazione.

Cons:

La piscina non era disponibile ed eravamo venuti per relax in piscina sopratutto, non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne e questo ci è dispiaciuto parecchio.

La chambre était agréable et grande.

Notre séjour a été très décevant au regard du standing annoncé. Plusieurs prestations mises en avant n'étaient pas disponibles : la piscine était fermée et il n'y avait pas de golf, alors même que le nom de l'hôtel fait référence à cette activité, ce qui peut être trompeur.

Concernant la restauration, sur les trois restaurants annoncés, un seul était ouvert chaque soir sur deux, tandis que le troisième était totalement fermé. Le choix était donc très limité par rapport à ce qui était présenté lors de la réservation.

Le personnel de l'accueil était très aimable et souriant, mais ne semblait pas disposer des informations attendues dans un établissement de cette catégorie. Lorsque nous avons demandé des renseignements sur les prestations de massage, il nous a été indiqué de consulter le site internet. De même, personne n'a été en mesure de nous communiquer le prix du menu du restaurant. À 19h30, nous nous sommes rendus directement au restaurant pour obtenir ces informations, mais il nous a été répondu que le chef était en train d'élaborer le menu et qu'il n'était donc pas possible de nous renseigner.

Par ailleurs, aucune documentation n'était disponible dans l'hôtel concernant les restaurants, le spa ou les massages. Il n'y avait ni brochures ni supports d'information, et les renseignements n'étaient pas non plus accessibles via la télévision de la chambre. Pour un établissement affichant cinq étoiles, nous avons trouvé surprenant de devoir systématiquement rechercher les informations par nous-mêmes.

Dans l'ensemble, les prestations proposées et le niveau de service ne correspondent pas, selon nous, aux standards attendus d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

La pulizia, il design, hotel grande e bello con una bella Spa

Cons:

La piscina esterna era ancora chiusa , la spa va prenotata con molto anticipo perché ha una capienza bassissima ed è aperta agli esterni, la colazione è buona ma microscopica e appena c'è un po' di gente finisce tutto subito e bisogna chiedere e aspettare tutto. Puliscono la camera ma gli asciugamani non ce li hanno rimessi , il bagno bellissimo ma scomodissimo, sia perché a vista, sia perché ci sono pochi punti di appoggio, letto non comodissimo e cuscini praticamente vuoti. In pratica bello , ma con parecchie lacune, 5 stelle nemmeno lontanamente
