Incredible experience! The bar of Nhow Roma Hotel is amazing and we had such great moments! Misha and Federico attended us with the most perfect Negroni and Blood Mary of Rome!

Wonderful staff, easy check-in/check-out. Laundry services were same day. I enjoyed the breakfast each day and the cappucino machine made great morning coffee. My mom can only have decaf and she was always able to get one prepared by a member of the staff instead of the machine. My only issue is with the maintenance of the doors and hallways. There are dings and chipped paint everywhere and something behind my bathroom door looked like someone pulled stickers off and left the remaining backing. It's minor but makes you question the cleanliness and care of the maintenance staff.
Very nice hotel just outside the wall in NE Rome. We booked through Booking.com and our friends did not. We had a bigger room, and many more bathroom amenities than they did. Nice staff.
Fabrizio in the restaurant was especially nice. He corked a bottle of wine we purchased elsewhere and offered me a sample of a red ale which was delightful.
Nice covered patio outside; would have been more enjoyable had we not been there during the heat wave!
The room was spacious.
The bed was a bit stiff. The location was a bit farther from the sites than I was expecting, which is my own fault. Many of the services they offer cost extra. The accomodations are fine just not a luxury stay.
From the moment we arrived, our stay at nhow was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is fantastic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible Guest Relations team.
A very special thank you to Francesco, who went above and beyond to make both me and my service dog, Chepe, feel genuinely welcome and cared for. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to every little detail made all the difference.
The entire Guest Relations team consistently exceeded our expectations, making every interaction feel personal and effortless. It’s rare to find people who create such a memorable experience.

Nice and cool hotel, room was great with a small terrace, breakfast was perfect, the hotel staff was remarkably friendly and supportive for any inquiry.
