Very bad experience, Nothing is like a 4-star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, 10-15 minutes' walk to the main square.
The breakfast was limited but of good quality.

Cons:

This was probably my worst hotel experience.

From the beginning, the check-in staff seemed irritated and frustrated. The check-in system was not working, and I had to wait around 30 minutes just to receive my room key.

The free Wi-Fi was slow, not suitable for video calls or streaming. Also no mobile network coverage inside the hotel, so I could not use my phone’s internet either. The only way to get a usable internet connection was to pay extra for the “Premium Wi-Fi,” which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel.

Several other basic things were also missing. For example, there was no blanket in my room, and I had to contact reception to request one.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I expected a much better standard of service from the NH Hotel Group.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good and you can reach to almost every where in Siena from this hotel easily. Breakfast is good. The rooms are very clean. Only sometimes the noise from the outside bothers, but since I stayed awake until late so it didn't affect that much.
