Good four night stay
Pros:

We selected this hotel primarily for it location, opposite the bus station, as we intended to use local buses for day trips. It is an easy ten minute walk from the historic city centre and also reasonably convenient to the rail station.
Apart from a few quibbles, we were pleased. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a safe, tea and coffee making and a quality hair dryer. The bathroom suffered from poor water pressure at times, meaning it was occasionally a struggle to flush the toilet.
The area surrounding the hotel is quite noisy, but we found the sound insulation worked well.
Breakfast was good.
Wifi was a little annoying. We had to log in again several times during our four day visit.
There were no power outlets near the bed, which was also annoying!
These issues aside, we enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

Séjour agréable dans un hotel viellissant sauvé par son personnel et sa situation
Pros:

Le personnel accueillant, sympathique et efficace.
L'emplacement: hôtel parfaitement situé à deux pas du centre historique de Sienne.
Le voiturier qui prend en charge votre voiture dans un endroit où le stationnement n'est pas évident.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant aux équipements désuets, vétustes ou carrément cassés. Robinetterie hors d'age, prises de courant insuffisantes et inaccessibles. Coffre fort installé à 2 mètres de hauteur...

Cons:

Assenza completa di confort: parcheggio anche solo convenzionato assente, camera così piccola che abbiamo dovuto ingegnarci per posizionare i bagagli per non scontrarci e poter passare.Un ospite che paga la bellezza di 200/250 €/notte deve avere confort e comodità
Assurdo anche che il frigobar non fosse incluso nella quota. PS considerate che in altri periodo lo stesso albergo costa dal 50 al 70% in meno

Lovely stay in convenient well run hotel
Pros:

Good value, doesn’t attempt to be anything it isn’t, just a basic clean and well run hotel within 10 minutes walk of centre. Valet parking very easy option if you have car! Our room over looked the slightly tired football stadium which if your a football fan makes for a lovely backdrop.
