Pros:

Romm was good, bed was comfortable. Position was good

Cons:

I was a few minutes late fro breakfast but I still managed to get a smallplated meal, which wasn't really enough.
Also the TV channels kep switching off and going to no signal.

The kitchen staff are always looking so unhappy as if you're a burden to them. We spoke to the gentlemen about his face as if he is carrying the world.

Pros:

Location was fine, and the breakfast was fine, the problem is that no one explained where my mother should be at what time, so she stayed outside later on to get to the house, breakfast already cold so please be considerate of the old people and someone who is not familiar with the place .

Good stay
Pros:

The place was easy to find because I am was coming for the second time. The security is always at the guard gate and he's always alert of the coming cars.

Cons:

The breakfast was delicious as always otherwise I wasn't going to bring my family.

We had good stay and I will definitely come back when visiting Durban.

Pros:

The room was clean. It was close to all the places I needed to go to.

Cons:

The staff was a bit rude. They never greeted and sometimes the way they looked at you made you feel unwelcome especially when uu are in the dining room having breakfast most of the staff just stare at you and not say anything. There was about 1 or 2 people that were kind but other than that most people made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
