Everything
Friendliness of the stuff and breakfast.
There was a shortage of electricity because of the fault happened there, but just was not notified and I wanted to iron clothes and attend graduation.
Honestly, nothing. The staff is great. Facilities nah
The old furniture, the old blankets, no watchable channels on TV. The shower is facing the door, when warming the water you find a pool of water on the floor. Consider changing the shower head in room 32. That wood thing on the floor in the bathroom is a no no, can you put a carpet there. It would be nice to have carpets on either sides of the bed
We understand it’s a Christian guest house, but please ask the guests to be mindful during their prayer times.
The breakfast could be better, maybe get rid of the danone. Put yogurt there so we can serve ourselves.
The place was very clean and the stuff was very friendly and welcoming 🙌

The treatment i got from the African Black man who was wearing Chef Clothes.. he was very rude , didn't know how to talk & didn't give me no chance to talk.. he needs to respect other people.
Thank you to the receptionist who heard me & listened to me.
But irrespective of that, I am never Booking here again because of that horrible man.
Thank you in advance.

The security guard at the gate was nice and welcoming
He tried everything to help me, even charged my phone for me and the staff for breakfast was also nice
In the building I was staying at they were fixing electricity from 11h00-21h00, no one cared to come and say anything or try to move us to the other building, the electricians they hired were coming in and out of the room I was booked at, moving the bed to try and fix whatever they were fixing. I was only moved at 21h00 after I told the guard at the gate that I had an early flight and there’s this lady who was in communication with the manager they then moved me. Still during the day, there was a lot of noise from the working guys, the reception was still open, someone should have told us what was happening. The bedding shits were also torn.

The privacy and quietness I have found a spot to hide in Durban .
Visiting hours were limiting yet I travel for business and work late. My partners fail to come and check on me with the time restrictions
