Stay was uncomfortable

Cons:

I booked an upgraded room and stayed for the entire duration X2days, but one had no hot water the whole time (only ice cold) on that freaking cold weather. I raised the issue about 3 times and nothing was done. The reception staff were dismissive, nonchalant and unhelpful.
On the checkout day there was also a power outage, so one had to bath with ice-cold water and had no electricity at all.
For the price I paid, the service and treatment I received were unacceptable and total BS!. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
