Sehr nettes Personal, super Empfang. Wir haben ungefragt ein Upgrade erhalten. Lage war super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Hotel in guter Lage, in Gehweite vom Bahnhof, vom Meer und vom Zentrum an stark befahrener Strasse. Freundlicher Empfang. Gesamtfazit fällt ganz ok aus, jedoch Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ganz ok, ein Pluspunkt für das Bemühen um unsere Umbuchung.

Cons:

Reges An- und Abreisen, viele haben Packages und bleiben nur 1 Nacht. Wir haben 2 Zimmer zur Einzelnutzung für 2 Nächte zum nicht günstigen Preis gebucht, checkin erfolgt leider nicht nebeneinander. Schlechteste Zimmerlage im Hotel, neben stark frequentierter Stiege und 2 Aufzügen. Nach Reklamation werden wir für die 2. Nacht in ruhigere Zimmer umgebucht. Zimmer sind leider wieder nicht nebeneinander. Die Badezimmer sind so winzig, dass die Türen nur halb aufgehen. Man hört den zimmereigenen Zählerkasten summen. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht ganz ok, ist wohl dem Stress der vielen An- und Abreisen geschuldet. Die Reinigung hat zB eine Miles & More Karte des Zimmervorgängers übersehen und den Müllkübel nicht geleert. Die lange TV Liste müsste überarbeitet werden, die Hälfte funktioniert nicht. Das Hotel hat eine nicht gemütliche, laut hallende Bar beim Eingang. Frühstück ist früh überrannt, da viele früh los müssen zu Ausflügen. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig vom Angebot.

Trevligt, fräscht & bekvämt
Pros:

Fräscht med sköna sängar. Personalen var väldigt serviceminded & hjälpte oss med tips på stränder, buss mm. Frukosten var fantastiskt god & Aida i restaurangen gjorde upplevelsen ännu trevligare. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Cons:

Saknade strykjärn på rummet & ac fungerade inte som önskat i ett av rummen.
