Pros:

La gentilezza del personale. Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia figlia per una notte per sostenere un test universitario. In particolare la gentilezza dalla colazione in camera per studiare fino all’ultimo al deposito bagagli. Sono stati tutti molto professionali e gentili. Una conferma di questa catena dove il servizio è da hotel di alto livello ma allo stesso tempo con grandi attenzioni al singolo, quasi da hotel familiare.

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron inmediatamente la habitación.

Per chi come mia figlia doveva sostenere il test al politecnico
Vicino alla stazione dei treni Porta Nuova ,(20 minuti )altrettanti dalla fermata Flixbus! L hotel si trova tra l altro di fronte alla fermata metro Vinzaglio ,quindi per chi non volesse camminare ! È stato molto apprezzato il check out alle ora 12 ! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo !Personale molto preparato
