Do not trust the photos!
Pros:

The locals we met at the cafe across the road and the street art.

Cons:

All of it. The room did NOT look like the pictures. Old, tired, dirty.
The towels felt like they were removing your skin. The window was filthy. It was a horrid space, even for one night stopover.
The pillows are non existent. It was just incredibly poor and a waste of money.

Good
Pros:

Large room and comfy bed. Good tea making faculties. Free bottles of water too.

Cons:

Bathroom was basic, and smelt a bit although smell went away with fan on in bathroom. Shower head poor. Hot water in sink took a long time to warm up but did get very hot after quite a long wait.

Great spot, would definitely revisit!
Pros:

Warm welcome. Room was pleasant with spotless linen and towels. Good central location, with two small free carparks close by, and a great range of bars and cafes nearby. A good night's sleep despite being over a bar area as things settled down relatively early. Separate entry access via a key fob worked smoothly.

Cons:

Only bugbear... The frosted privacy glass on the window made the room feel a little enclosed so I would request a different room if revisiting.

Pleasant family time
Pros:

Room was clean and a good size, staff friendly. Loved the graffiti art around the area. Very close to the beach.

Cons:

Parking in the free public carparks very nearby was difficult at times.
