Good base to visit Liverpool (only 20 mins away on Metro)
Pros:

Warm welcome when we arrived. Shown to our rooms and also how to exit and enter the building when the pub was not open. Room was small but had all the facilities needed. Furnishings were relatively modern and clean. Bathroom suite was modern and shower was powerful. Huge fan provided which we needed as it was a very warm weekend. Enough shelf/wardrobe space for a weekend.

Peaceful
Pros:

All the staff were friendly from the moment we arrived. We wrer shown the important areas (fire exits) when we were shown to the room.

Not what we expected
Pros:

Very near to the New Brighton front and Flora Hall.

Cons:

Window fogged so couldn't see through it and table had few burns on it.

Pros:

Service was super attentive and polite, the food was great and a lovely place to stay. Will be coming back for sure! Very clean and tidy

Cons:

The room was extremely hot, we only stayed one night so didn't ask for a fan as it was very late, however more then one night and we would have needed one. Shower also had hand soap in the dispenser instead of body wash.

Only stayed for one night to attend a function but will definitely stay again for longer.
Pros:

Location was good for our stay nice clean room very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was delicious

Cons:

Could do with a vanity mirror in the bedroom next to the power outlets other than that it’s perfect.
