Pleasant family time
Pros:

Room was clean and a good size, staff friendly. Loved the graffiti art around the area. Very close to the beach.

Great spot, would definitely revisit!
Pros:

Warm welcome. Room was pleasant with spotless linen and towels. Good central location, with two small free carparks close by, and a great range of bars and cafes nearby. A good night's sleep despite being over a bar area as things settled down relatively early. Separate entry access via a key fob worked smoothly.

Cons:

Only bugbear... The frosted privacy glass on the window made the room feel a little enclosed so I would request a different room if revisiting.

Great place for a weekend break
Pros:

We got upgraded for more room on arrival, loads of space (my friend and I were staying for a wedding.) The beds were very comfy, lots of tea/coffee making stuff and water put out as it was hot. We had a meal in your restaurant before going to the do, it was very tasty

Cons:

We are both short, it was difficult to open the big window and get the blinds down for privacy, I had to stand on a chair, pre doing this or providing a tool might have been easier for less mobile guests. Apart from that everything was good

Cons:

Friendly and very helpful staff, with a great location close to the beach. The room was spacious, although it could have been cleaner. Parking was difficult as the hotel has no parking and nearby public parking was often full. We were on the third floor with no lift, which made carrying luggage difficult. It was also a little noisy at night due to nearby pubs. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement..
