We had a great experience at the Pestana Collection Plaza Mayor. From the beginning to the end, it was magnificent. Alba in the reception showed us the different rooms we could choose from, and we had a loft overlooking the Plaza. The beds were comfortable, shower hot, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was amazing and Scarleth took great care of us.
The location of the hotel is superb, our room overlook the plaza mayor, la casa de la panaderia.
the hotel is very classic decorated, clean and quiet. the room we had is of a good size, great plaza mayor view, and it is quiet when about bedtime so you get good quality sleep.
the receptionists are friendly and helpful, they offer fresh cold limon water, some sweets, apples and chilled cava in the lobby, it is a nice touch to hotel guests.

Absolutely wonderful. We arrived from a delayed Philadelphia flight and the front desk was so efficient, got us into our room right away (even thought it was before 3pm). This hotel is bright, clean, and perfectly located. Food was great, service was excellent, pool area was chill, and best of all, very sound proofed! no trouble sleeping even with all the excitement of a world cup win. AC works! mini fridge in your room! Ive traveled extensively through Europe and this by far has been the best hotel experience.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city.
Friendly, helpful staff, the breakfast was really good and set you up for the day, and the pool was very welcome after a very hot sticky day site seeing.

Para um hotel Pestana esperava um quarto um pouco maior , tudo muito apertado ,sanita a base de duche, o espaço para o lavatorio etc etc
Great location and lovely room. Very comfortable bed and the room was quiet, despite having windows overlooking the square.
Didn't end up using either pool. The indoor area was too hot (not welcome when it's hot outside), and the rooftop pool area was too hot/overcrowded.
