100% would book this hotel again!
Pros:

The Staff was AMAZING! Everyone was smiling, greeted you with a smile and good morning, etc. The location was perfect. Close to everything but not on top of it. The food and bars service was outstanding. I had two dinners there and ate all my breakfasts in the hotel. Large portions and VERY tasty! FAST WIFI! Clean Rooms! Hotel was CLEAN! I would book this hotel again.

Cons:

Parking. There is another hotel which shares the same parking area. At night the parking in front of the hotel is very limited. This forces you to park in the overflow parking lots which also is the parking for a movie theater. You are not really sure if you are parking in the correct parking lot. This is an issue since the other hotel will tow your vehicle if you accidently park in their parking lot.
Very confusing. Would help if there was a map at the front desk to show people the authorized parking.

Stressful and disappointing!!

I had to wait 2.50 hours before my room was ready, & when I did finally get my room at 6 pm it wasn’t clean, red nets were flying around in it, I had to change rooms 3 times which I didn’t get settled in until 1 am, I was charged 2 for one of my rooms, I didn’t get the king size room that I booked for & the on top of that parking was awful

Main features (bedding,shower/sink surfaces clean, breakfast good. Good chance we will return.

Cons:

Some areas could have been cleaner in the room. Air conditioning vent was oil/grimy. Area at toilet base needed to be cleaner.
Body wash in shower dispenser was empty.
Bedroom carpet was stained.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The property was clean but very unhappy about not having a indoor pool

Cons:

Websites was saying there was indoor pool with water slides and when we got there, there was none. The outdoor pool was very small. Had to take my kids to another place to swim.

Pros:

The mini golf, and pool were fun! The laundry option was so helpful to us. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast at the restaurant was edible but not good. Bacon burned. Biscuits dry. Yogurt was yummy. But it was the same exact options all three days. Nothing new. Check in and check out were easy and smooth.

It was clean the AC blew cold and the water was hot in the shower. The staff is good too especially at the attached restaurant.

Being able to sit outside under the umbrellas on the patio. The covered walkway was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly..

The putt putt course needed cleaned off for ths smooth traveling of the balls. The rubber on the putters were very worn and missing.
