hotel has very good location - direct in city center. From our room was beautiful view on city center and port. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee was really tasty. We spent in hotel just 1 night and everything was OK.

Non era stato chiaro che l’albergo non aveva il garage e quindi che il garage si doveva pagare a parte (e anche caro!). Per fortuna che il garage era molto vicino.

Location was fantastic. Right in the center between a shopping area (Via Toledo) and 8 minutes from the old city of Naples.
And 8 minutes to the pier.
a perfect, honestly, location to be at in a new city.
Breakfast - I am used to a bigger selection of food, and lot's of vegetable. It was not bad, and everyone can find something to eat. but if you are used to a variety of vegetables, you will not find it here.

Nada a destacar
No hay rampa de entrada al hotel y hay que subir a pulso con las maletas al hotel. La recepcion esta a unos 35 metros de la entrada y es imposible que nadie ayude.
El parqué de la habitación es de plástico y está destartalado.
El parking es una tomadura de pelo. Te dicen que hay parking alrededor cuando reservas el hotel, pero lo que no te dicen es que cuesta 50€ diarios.
El hotel no tiene concierto con ningún parking y te tienes que buscar la vida a ver si hay plaza en alguno de los que te dicen.
Wonderful city view, good breakfast
My room was on last floor and, apparently, close to the engines/automatics of the elevators - very loud sounds of them switching on/off, especially disturbing during the night.

NH Hotel Napoli
War bisher Fan von NH, nach Eigentümerwechsel allerdings katastrophale Serviceverschechterungen festzustellen.
Hotel hat weder Pool, noch Gym, noch Dachterrasse, noch Garagenplätze. Garagen in der Umgebung kosten EUR 40 pro Nacht, unfassbare Abzocke!
Hatten mehr als eine Woche für angemessenen Preis gebucht, dann kurzfristig noch einen weiteren Tag Verlängerung, hierfür wurde uns - obgleich VIP Mitglied - ein viel höherer Preis abverlangt, totale Abzocke! Auch nach Diskussion wollte man hier nicht nachgeben.
Zudem waren meine diversen früheren vielwöchigen Reisen nicht im Member Programm verzeichnet, zB Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Genua, Spanien etc. Auf eine entsprechende Reklamationsmail vor 2 Wochen erfolgte bis heute keine Reaktion.
Mittlerweile scheint sich ganz Neapel und Umgebung auf Touri Abzocke verlegt zu haben, Mondpreise auf Ischia, Procida, Positano, Amalfi etc, zudem überall extrem überfüllt. Kein schönes Reiseziel mehr
Haben das Hotel daher vorzeitig verlassen und sind früher abgereist. Das vermittelte Taxi wurde von einem Verbrecher gefahren, der uns für 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof einen angeblichen "Festpreis" von EUR 20 abzocken wollte, Pustekuchen, nicht mit mir. Aber immer großes Drama! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Taxi Empfehlung.
Schlicht Shiet Service und Abzocke, never again NH, werde meine Mitgliedschaft kündigen.
