Desweiteren streite ich mit ihnen weil das Hotel den Gesamtpreis meines Aufenthaltes fast zweimal abgebucht hat und bisher nicht auf meine Forderung einer Rückerstattung einging

En gros nous n’avons pas beaucoup de chose à regretter c’était bien 👍

L’emplacement , L’accueil , le service, la propreté la disponibilité et rapidité des ascenseurs mais!

Cons:

Les ascenseurs très très très brouillants 😔 nous les entendions dans la chambre : tard la nuit. Et très tôt le matin 🥹

Pros:

Alexia da recepção foi extremamente gentil e prestativa. Francisco responsável pelas malas também foi excepcional. A vista do quarto era deslumbrante.

Ideal location for Napoli if planning to visit other coastal areas (Amalfi Coast and others)
Pros:

The room was very spacious but had a very small window which made it very gloomy and not fully ventilated.

The location is great. Central to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Also the pick up points for a lot of the tours are 5-10 mins walk away.

Cons:

The lack of light and fresh air in the room.
The staff were helpful but just not welcoming and friendly (unlike the previous NH Hotel we stayed at in Nice)

Accommodation was good and location good
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the host was excellent. Had supper there only one night and was very disappointed but didn’t charge for my meal
