DECLINED BUT SWEETLY- IS STILL UNHELPFUL

EXCELLENT ROOM AND VERY CLEAN. GOOD LOCATION.

Cons:

STAFF - SUBPAR ( I REQUEST SEVERAL SIMPLE THINGS ALL WERE POLITELY DECLINED- I.E. A 12PM CHECK OUT ON A WEDNESDAY DUE TO ITINERARY CHANGES). STAFF WAS VERY POLITE BUT UNHELPFUL OR UNBENDING.

Amazing hotel with beautiful architecture
Pros:

Amazing property, probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Staff were wonderful when I had a medical condition which required a doctor to come to the hotel and arrange an ambulance for me.

First Time Guest Very Happy
Pros:

Our travel advisor recommended several hotels in Budapest for our brief stay and we selected the Parisi Udvar based upon information we could find about the location and services offered. We were very pleased with the staff, location and our dining experience. We had a very early checkout to go to the airport and the hotel volunteered to prepare breakfast boxes for us before I could ask. Nice touch and greatly appreciated.

Must visit restaurant in Budapest.
Pros:

Outstanding experience at the Parisian Udvar restaurant. Loved the waiter. Great wine selection that made a good meal fantastic. Live music really enhanced the experience. And maybe the most beautiful room I’ve ever been in. Five stars for me.

Better than I could have expected
Pros:

Párisi Udvar looks and sounds amazing online and from reviews. In person, it is much better. This is a stay you won’t soon forget, and you will enjoy not only the superior quality of the room but the overall hotel and atmosphere.
