Looking for a clean, updated, and QUIET hotel? This is the place!
Pros:

I booked a block of 32 rooms for a work event. Mallik, General Manager, was fantastic to work with. Quick communication and accurate billing/pricing were greatly appreciated.

When the group arrived at the hotel, check in was seamless. Rooms are very clean, updated, and fresh.

Thank you again to Mallik and the team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville Town Center for meeting our accommodations and exceeding our expectations.

Great stay
Pros:

The room and view was magnificent. The little ducklings stole the show. Good sized mini fridge and microwave in the room with a dividing door which we loved! Breakfast was great Barbara was a doll we I enjoyed walking down to breakfast and seeing her there smiling so early and late. We hit breakfast at different times during our stay. Will stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Great location for visits to Mayo Clinic and Towne center. The rooms and common areas are very clean. Good value for the money. Breakfast offers a good variety. Friendly and helpful staff ! Especially Barbara who prepares the breakfast!
