Comfortable stay and good location
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

When I arrived and checked in, there was food in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The staff quickly removed it, apologized, and offered me something to eat or drink as compensation. I appreciated how well that issue was taken care of.

Great Experience
Pros:

I usually don’t write reviews but I had such a good experience with one of the employees at this location Barbara P she runs the breakfast and it seems just about everything to do with the kitchen m. She was efficient friendly and just made me smile so I wanted to say thank you to her and the Holiday Inn Express for an excellent experience if you are ever there say hello to Barbara with the breakfast buffet she will be the one with the big smile and and great attitude!

Looking for a clean, updated, and QUIET hotel? This is the place!
Pros:

I booked a block of 32 rooms for a work event. Mallik, General Manager, was fantastic to work with. Quick communication and accurate billing/pricing were greatly appreciated.

When the group arrived at the hotel, check in was seamless. Rooms are very clean, updated, and fresh.

Thank you again to Mallik and the team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville Town Center for meeting our accommodations and exceeding our expectations.
