Lost a repeat customer for this location and the several other I normally stay at when in Jacksonville
Pros:

facilitiea are usually clean and good value

Cons:

woke up with bed bugs on my pillow. Owner accused me of bringing them in, said I was attacking him and just wanted his money. I left without any resolution. I received a credit for the room charge later that evening. Umfortunately, I am left with a suitcase full of clothes and electronics that were potentially exposed and they are currently sealed up in garbage bags.
