Pros:

Příjemný a usměvavý personál, vynikajicí snídaně a čisté prostředí. Vyhovovala nám i poloha hotelu, centrum bylo snadno dostupné. Co nás mile překvapilo byla denní výměna ručníků a povlečení.
Naše rodina byla moc spokojena.

Cons:

Byli jsme zoufalí z příliš vysoké teploty v pokoji-. 29,5°C. Klimatizace nešla nastavit na chlazení. Na recepci nám vysvětlili, že je již nastavena na zimní režim a je tedy lepší ji vypnout a otevřít okna. Větraní moc nepomáhalo, navíc v noci se při otevřeném okně nedá spát, ulice je poměrně hlučná. Bylo to ale jedinné minus, které nás potrápilo.

I love Vienna
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Camere pulite senza moquette. Camere e bagno ristrutturati. Ottima la colazione. Ottima la posizione. A piedi al centro 30/40 minuti (una bella e piacevole passeggiata guardando tutti questi bellissimi palazzi storici) oppure di fronte tram n. 44 che ti porta in centro. Consiglio questo hotel. Ottimo anche il prezzo

The staff was so nice! The room was big enough and had all the facilities needed . The breakfast was delicious, so many options. Louis and Maria were kind and attentive.

Pros:

A 4 passi dalla fermata del tram (si va sul lato opposto per raggiungere il centro di Vienna e prendere il 44) l'hotel offre stanze comode, riservate, pulite e con moltissime attenzioni per l'ospite. Abbiamo trovato un carinissimo biglietto di benvenuto, acqua, pantofole, dentifricio e spazzolini, set di cotton fioc/lima per unghie/cuffia. Inoltre crema corpo, shampoo e balsamo, bagnoschiuma. I letti erano comodissimi ed over size, la stanza ben insonorizzata. Peccato essere stati solo due giorni! Andando alla sinistra dell'hotel c'è una Bakery per far colazione, se non ce l'avete inclusa nel prezzo della camera. Alla reception una ragazza carinissima che parla anche italiano! Grazie per tutto, torneremo!!
