Die großen geräumigen sauberen Zimmer, Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück .

Am stat in camera 406. A trebuit sa fac improvizatii ca sa pot nota cate ceva pe o hartie,sa completez un rebus sau sudoku.Poate dotarea cu un simplu scaun ar rezolva problema.
Chiar daca folosind codul QR afli lucruri, cred ca ar trebui facuta odata cu check in-ul o informare cu serviciile pe care hotelul le pune la dispozitie.
Otel çok temizdir.Çalısanlar güler yüzlü ve yardim severdi.Otelde cok zengin bir sabah kahvaltısı mevcuttu..Otel Merkeze 2-3 km mesafedeydi ancak Tranvay hattı otelin hemen yanından geçtiği için ve metro hattı 500 m mesafede olduğu için ulaşımı çok kolay oldu.Hemen yanında grossmarket ve yeme içme alanları vardı.Bir sokak arkada ise Türk lezzetlerini uygun devasa bir pazar yeri vardı ki meyve ve apareratif yiyecekler damak tadımız uygundu.
Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Matratze sehr gut.
Service bei Problemen war perfekt.

Das Frühstück war total eintönig, 7 Tage hintereinander das Gleiche auf dem Buffet.
Kaffee schmeckte überhaupt nicht und eine Kaffeemaschine war meistens aus.
Die Zimmertür dichtete nicht richtig gegen Lärm und somit war morgens das Geschepper der anderen Türen zu hören und laute Gespräche der anderen Gäste.
Im Bad fehlte eine Klobürste. Die Toilette wurde nicht korrekt gereinigt. Bad hatte leider keine Dusche sondern eine Badewanne.
Es ist super klimatisiert und geräuscharm! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite und es war quasi lautlos! Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Staff are really friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that my request for an early check in was accommodated at short notice! Room was really comfortable, clean and well-stocked with toiletries etc. Air conditioning and blackout curtains were a massive help during the heat! The hotel felt safe (I was travelling as a solo woman so this was important) and again really appreciated the staff’s presence, there was always someone there to greet me even when I’d come in late and that made a difference. The location is great too - it’s quiet, a bit further out of the centre but transport is so easy to use in Vienna that it’s not a problem at all. I would recommend staying here.
The rooms aren’t fully soundproof so if you have really noisy neighbours you can hear them, but I travel with earplugs so this wasn’t a huge problem, was still able to sleep. I had (optional) breakfast on 1 of the days I was there - was looking forward to it based on reviews, pastries/fruit were lovely but unfortunately the fruit juices provided had fermented in the heat so this put me off. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone at the time as I had to leave very shortly after, but based on the positive staff experience, I would feel confident they’d have tried to resolve this if they had been made aware.
