Fantastisk frokost med lekre småretter og super kaffe.
Pros:

Fantastisk frokost - lekkert tilberedet, super service og gode smaker på alt. Frokosten overgikk forventningene. Positivt at man kunne bestille ulike småretter.

Размер номера , уборка , чистота . Сотрудники на рецепшине отзывчивые и доброжелательные

Cons:

Минус - бар на крыше закрывается в 23:00 , на завтрак ограниченное количество блюд по меню , горничная приносила на замену только кофе без кофеина , в ванной не было кондиционера для волос . Это не существенные минусы , но в отеле 5 звезд с той ценой , которую мы платили в высокий сезон , таких нюансов не должно было быть

Cons:

La chambre qui donne sur la rue, 0 insonorisation, le camion poubelle à 1h45 du matin qui fait un bruit pas possible.
La vétusté des cadres des prises.
Ce serait mieux d’avoir des transats et non des chaises au bord de la piscine
La piscine n’est pas assez fraîche ni profonde

Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel - especially the lobby and our exclusive double room with a bath tub! So clean, fresh, elegant. Great location on a lovely street at a walking distance to the place massena & magenta and also the promenade & beach. Gym & spa were excellent! Lovely to have both rooftop and indoors pool. View from rooftop bar was lovely. Quality of the house keeping was great.

Cons:

Breakfast room didn't look as luxurious / inviting as we hoped compared to other Boscolo hotels we're stayed at so we didn't try that and also the price was quite high considering the atmosphere of the space. Rooftop pool was smaller and water there more shallow than we expected but still 8/10 experience. The amazing gym & indoors pool area with steam room etc and relaxation area definitely made the whole experience at the hotel worth 5 stars. Staff at the reception stayed quite distant to customers but definitely not rude or anything unpleasant. Overall estimate 9/10, thank you for such a lovely stay.
