Majestic hotel and Barb Barcelona

My daughter wanted to go to Spain for the first time so we went for a week. We chose to majestic hotel and spa because of the location. It is within half an hour walk to most of the tourist attractions. You have to right at your feet. It is well located and still quiet in the nighttime.. It has the most amazing rooftop terrace for drinks and enjoyment during the day, but there is nothing like sitting up there at sunset looking all of the views around Barcelona.. despise to die for and is a must we took the romantic package and it was a 10 out of a 10 the breakfast is amazing. We had Dani that was spoiling us each and every day for the whole week but all of the hotels employees are helpful, smiling, and positive and gives a pleasant stay you feel like you become part of a small family.. I love how clean the hotel is. I love the smell of the soap that they give you in the room. It’s like you shower in spa every day. The standard room is on the smaller side and a little bit more dated than the superior room so if you want a more spacious room, you should go for the superior or a suite. You will enjoy the food, the location and the concierge the doorman everybody is at your service. The room service is fast and well delivered, andit drinks at the lobby are beautiful and in a nice atmosphere you won’t go wrong by choosing the majestic hotel and spa and especially not if you’re looking something that is in the center of everything

A pleasant stay at the Majestic Hotel
Pros:

The Majestic Hotel mixes old world charm with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Bookings spoilt the start of our stay with limo service which was inadequate
Pros:

the hotel is stunning the breakfast is among the best in the world.Hotel is genuine 5 star

Cons:

what went wrong was Bookings offering a free limo service from the airport to the hotel.They sent a guy in dirty track pants and t shirts who then told us that we had too much luggage.I said when offered the booking we would have 3 suitcases and two roll ons.
So what was organised for us was a COROLLA .How was that going to take 2 people and all that luggage.Of course you can't talk to any body from Bookings so that makes matters worse.We had to pay for a cab to the hotel ourselves.
I have used Bookings for many years but that was the last time.

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Staff, and Exceptional Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Majestic Hotel in Barcelona and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. So many members of the staff made my stay feel warm, welcoming, and memorable.

The service was a true highlight. Angela at the spa gave me a wonderful massage and facial, which was exactly what I needed after a long international flight. Dani in the Solc restaurant was so friendly and attentive, and he truly made my stay special. I also appreciated the kindness of my airport driver, who made me feel welcomed right away, as well as Yu Fu and Mateo at the front desk, Facundo, the bell attendant who helped with my luggage, Ricardo, a trainee I met on the rooftop and in Solc, and Valeria and Miguel, manager and concierge.

Overall, The Majestic is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, but what stood out most to me was the kindness, professionalism, and generosity of the staff. Even when small problems arose, the team handled them with care. I would definitely return.

Majestic Hotel & Spa is “Majestic”
Pros:

We were advised by our travel agent from FROSCH that the Majestic Hotel and Spa was a magnificent hotel, and we will be staying there in December, so we walked in to have a drink. Besides having outstanding cocktails, we met the most fabulous bar director, Daniela Miotti. What a wonderful person and very professional to match this superb hotel! We went back the next night, and once again Daniela met us with open arms and a wonderful smile. If you stay in Barcelona, there is only one hotel to stay at: the Majestic Hotel & Spa. Look for Daniela, and your stay will feel like it’s your own palace!
