Of the 3 hotels we've stayed in recently, this was the best!
Pros:

Room seemed newer and nicer than one we rented previously (in the same price category) at a different hotel nearby. It has a beautiful wood closet, dresser, coffee area, etc., and an extra wooden table on wheels that stores away under the desk and can be rolled out for meals or other uses. The AC worked well. Bathroom has a tall toilet, not a small low-to-the-ground toilet. Plenty of hot water for showers. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Everything was great!
No complaints at all.
We plan to go back again.

Cons:

The swimming pool was really dirty. And we stay in a room where the air conditioner was next to the sofa, and all the air was towards the kids. We tried to turn it off, but it’s so hot. There were some cockroaches in the restroom.

Pros:

The staff was great, especially William at the front desk. He was kind and helpful. The beds were surprisingly comfortable - felt like a top-grade mattress. I slept so well. Bathroom was nice size - not too small.

Worth a second stay

The view, toiletries, the air conditioning, the TV and the bedding.

Cons:

There were no USB ports to charge our phones.
I forgot my pillow so I called Lost and Found later in the day and I left a message but have not received a call back.
