Cons:

Dat er niemand was om ons binnen te laten. We hebben 3 telefoonnummers gebeld: geen gehoor. Ook Booking kon niemand bereiken. Wel kon we in de lobby, want het slot van de deur van de nachtingang was stuk. De wc' s daar waren vies, vuilnis niet opgeruimd. De communicatie na de booking verliep ook al zeer stroef, sommige vragen werden niet beantwoord.

Großes Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt aber nur ein kleines bekommen, fühle mich betrogen.
Pros:

Die direkte Lage neben dem Uniklinikum.

Cons:

Wir haben zwei Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und im voraus bezahlt aber nur eins bekommen. Das zweite Zimmer war ein winziger Raum wo lediglich ein Bett drin war. Das Personal vor Ort hat das Problem zur Kenntnis genommen aber mehr auch nicht.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut, sauber,
Lage sehr zentral, die Zimmer zur Strasse mit offenen Fenter sehr laut...Für unseren Zweck war es dennoch in Ordnung.

Alles schön, gut für einen Aufenthalt in und bei Holsterhausen. Fön war da und Kühlschrank auch nicht zu laut und ruhig. Würde ich wieder buchen!

الموقع قريب من المشفى ومركز الحافلات يوجد straßenbahn بالقرب من الفندق كما يوجد مراكز للتسوق ومطاعم ومخابز.
التجوال في المنطقه سهل بفضل الموقع.
الفندق هادي والموظف ودود ولطيف

Cons:

باب الحمام كان مخلوعا بحيث لم اتمكن من الدخول للاستحمام
الهايتسونغ كان معطل رغم انني وصلت وملابسي مبتله ولم اشعر بالدفئ ذلك اليوم
للاسف لايوجد موظفين للتواصل معهم او مساعدتك.
