Myself and my wife from Germany stayed three nights here and it was absolutely excellent!! The panoramic views were magnificent. The service overall was excellent. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Mr.Khan and his staff did an outstanding job in the restaurant ensuring that guests are comfortable. We would highly recommend to stay in this hotel when in Kandy.

We stayed at Mount Blue Hotel, Kandy from 22nd March to 23rd March in Room 304, and had a wonderful experience.
A special thank you to the reception team, especially the girl who warmly welcomed us, the room service staff, and the restaurant team for their excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room view was absolutely amazing – it felt like heaven. The peaceful surroundings made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The road to the hotel is a bit difficult, but once you arrive, the beautiful property, great service, and friendly staff make it all worth it.
Overall, it was an awesome stay and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!
Stunning views and good roods and super friendly staff, the hotel apps say 5 minute walk to the Lake Landy, don't be fooled by that, it is 10 minutes in a Tuk Tuk, I would stay here again

Felt the buffet was overpriced given limited food options. We had also booked a jacuzzi room at a higher price point and was saddened that the jets did not work but no discount was made for this.
