Very bad experience with the property
Cons:

Very noisy at the pub till 1am and had to wait for check in as there was no one at the reception.Same as checking out no one was there had to wait and nearly got late for our event

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, parking on site.

Cons:

I was two floors above the disco however you could still heave the beat of the music, once that was over i could hear furniture being dragged across the floor.

Lovely place
Pros:

It's lovely - clearly cared for by the staff.

Cons:

Sadly, the music went beyond midnight and I was so tired, it was quite hard to get comfortable and sleep - felt vibrations as well as loud music, but I was in room 101! Then very early, it sounded like furniture was being moved and it woke me up.

Do not stay there at a weekend if you fancy any sleep
Pros:

Conveniently located, room was comfortable enough

Cons:

Live music / DJ until 2am which was so loud the floor was vibrating. The hotel claims that ‘music may be audible in parts of the hotel’ - this goes beyond audible.

The hotel met our basic needs and the staff were good and efficient.
Pros:

Staff, food, bars area, car park.

Cons:

We couldn’t see out of our windows. The mattress was past its best. The shower leaked and wet the bathroom floor quite significantly.

Very comfortable, lovely friendly helpful staff
Pros:

food was great, some gluten free and veggie options. Staff very helpful.
A little road noise but nothing major and slept very well. Room was clean and modern. lovely colour scheme

Cons:

Honestly nothing to complain about, there was not a view, its over a carpark, but the property is on a main road so i didnt expect views... some info on carpark access from which road would be helpful.
