Pros:

The room was very comfortable & clean.The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was good, even had a flavor of waffles I had never tried before. I will stay again.

Cons:

The problem i had getting to the place was the road construction, but that was not Hampton Inns fault.

Overall I felt that the value was not there and wished I had booked a nicer hotel.
Pros:

We had a pleasant check-in experience with the front desk staff. The location of the hotel was convenient for us.

Cons:

We picked this hotel primarily for its location but also because it promised certain amenities. However upon arrival we learned that the workout room was closed for repairs. We attempted to go swimming but the water was frigid and there was floating debris and hair in the water. The overall hygiene of the hotel was subpar with some sort of black gunk on the carpet just past the front desk (with flies buzzing around). Our room, particularly the bathroom, just felt dated and in need of a little TLC.

Pros:

We always like Hampton Inn because it is reliably clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always good, if not exceptional. There is a fitness room where I was able to use the treadmill to do my morning walk.

Cons:

We didn't like the location. Very unattractive lot (lots of asphalt and no green space) and on a busy, unattractive street with lots of potholes and traffic.

Pros:

The hallways are very dated. When we checked in there was great trepidation. Then we got to our room. It was just fine. Clean, up to date, everything worked. The bed was comfortable.... The staff were friendly and kind. Parking was sufficient. The pool was ice cold, there was a greasy looking sheen on the top and half of the lights did not work. When I notified the staff of this, I was told the pool maintenance people were due any day. It is right off the interstate, close to shopping, and a major hospital. There is food within walking distance.
I would return here even with a few issues. It seems that they are on top of them. The location is good. The staff were kind. There is more positive than negative.
