Comfortable stay in a convenient location, but with a few disappointing room issues.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro, making it easy to get into the city centre. We also had a nice view of the hillside.

Cons:

We specifically requested a quiet room away from housekeeping or service areas. Unfortunately, we were given a room close to where the cleaning staff started their rounds, so mornings were noisier than we had hoped.

The shower also flooded the bathroom floor, and we had to ask for extra towels to dry it because the floor became very slippery.

The surrounding neighbourhood looks a little worn and rough around the edges, although the location itself is very convenient.

Az elhelyezkedése kiváló.

Cons:

A bejelentkezés valami katasztrófális volt, ehez hasonlót még soha nem tapasztaltam. Az emberek összevissza álltak, a személyzet összevissza fogadta az embereket és miután sorra került valaki lassú is volt a munkavégzés.
