Pros:

Great location, did exactly what I needed, hotel was nice and modern. Size of the room was good.

Cons:

Thought the beds were like lying on a plank of wood and I left with a bad back as a consequence. Breakfast was unspectacular.

Příjemný personál, velmi pěkné vnitřní prostory, čisté prostory, fajn snídaně.

Cons:

Docela malé koupelny. Z jedné strany hotelu se díváte z oken na bezdomovce u nádraží, kteří tam za hotelovým parkovištěm chodily na WC :-(

Good location between railway and old town, but also impersonal.
Pros:

Big modern, a bit impersonal Hotel between railway station and old town on the hill. Rooms not too big and a bit dark. Service not fully interested, just doing their job. Price OK, location good.

Dirty and staff who help themselves at the breakfast buffet
Pros:

This hotel is located in a convenient location in Budapest and has good access to public transport and most sights of the city. However, this hotel is dirty. Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The floor was not clean, we were missing tissue paper and we found an old pair of socks in the room. Worse of all the breakfast buffet. Lots of staff members walking around but none of them is paying attention to the cleanliness of the buffet. Food on the floor, the cold meat at the buffet seemed old and dry. Vegetables and fruit seemed old and dry. Coffee machine produces watery coffee. And staff come into the breakfast room helping themselves to food and drinks whilst hotel guests are having their breakfast. I saw the cleaning staff using the breakfast room and helping themselves to food and drinks. After they have just cleaned rooms and toilets! Disgusting! I should not be seeing this as a hotel guest. Hotel manager or breakfast manager should be ashamed of themselves .
