Once I checked in they took the money for my room off plus the $50 deposit that I'm supposed to get back and when I check my balance they took another $116 off and some change and I went down and talked to the manager and he said oh we're putting it back on there. That was an accident and when I woke up the next day I found bowel movement on my blankets and I replaced my money bag and they suggested they give me another room because the manager is not here and there's nothing they can do about it. So they switch my room and the next day I woke up they took another $100 off of my debit card and that was on a Sunday. I get back to Michigan on Monday. Look at my balance and I have another $100 charge pending and I called a hoes hell on the manager tells me that he took that off because he smoked smoke. This is a two-star hotel that smells like mold, smoke, cheap sex and everything else you can imagine. And you took that money off my card before I even checked out the room. So how can you say that you smelled smoking the room in order for you to truly take that money off so they are out there fraudulently taking money off people, debit cards and credit cards with false accusation and that is Scott The manager

Some of the items at breakfast were cold. The variety was good.
Think the maid may not have vacuumed the room because when I was barefoot I stepped on potato chips and rocks. And the plumbing was not up to what is should be.
The location of this hotel fit our needs. Hotel desk clerk was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom lighting was poor. Noise level from guests walking in the room above us woke us up at night and in the morning. Construction seems to be sub-par. Breakfast was just okay. Fresh fruit was rotting in the bowl. Seems like that could easily be corrected.

There was no way to make a tea in the room itself it would be nice to be able to borrow kettles into the room.

Property was conveniently located and quiet. Ample parking, but not so much in front, the location of the main entrance. Enjoyed that we had a jacuzzi tub in our room. Good breakfast and always coffee and tea available, with plenty of condiments. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room. We stayed here for 4 days and would easily choose it again; most likely again on next year’s visit.
