Très bon hôtel avec vue sur le lac et personnel très accueillant
Pros:

Hôtel très accueillant avec personnel exceptionnel, nous y avons passé une nuit et nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous sommes allés avec deux motos lors d’un roadtrip et ils nous ont réservé une place de parking souterrain afin que les selles ne soit pas brûlantes le lendemain matin. Les chambres sont confortables, silencieuses, propre et dotées d’un balcon avec vue sur le lac. Piscine à bonne température, transats et parasols mis à disposition tout autour. Le buffet déjeuner était très grand et varié, tout était très bon. L’hôtel n’a pas de restaurant mais en propose plusieurs dans la région avec des réductions dans ceux-ci. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est légèrement décentré de Locarno mais le bus pour s’y rendre est offert par l’hôtel. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel pour un séjour dans la région de Locarno.

Pros:

Ich habe nur Lob für dieses Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Lage ist ideal.

Cons:

Es gibt hier absolut nichts zu kritisieren.

Pros:

Exceptional service. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was excellent, even with my special diet they took care that I have a big selection to choose from. Overall everybody was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Personal ist professionell, und sehr freundlich. Bett ist bequem, Garten ist toll. Frühsstück vollständig super.

Cons:

Wc ist in unserem Zimmer zu hoch montiert :D

Hallo to come back.
Pros:

Great welcome also for my 5-year old son, with colouring book, pencils and some sweets, although the hotel is not a dedicated family hotel.

Cons:

Too bad the pool was still a bit cold during this time of year, but maybe next time.

Perfect stay for a weekend in Ticino
Pros:

Location although in the city center, very well connected with public transport. Parking availability, very nice garden with swimming pool, top breakfast, very comfortable bed and very nice service. Attention to small details was a plus.

Pros:

The staff was above and beyond in how kind and accommodating they were. Eating breakfast by the pool was beautiful, delicious, relaxing and we felt so at home. After a long trip, it was lovely to have a team be welcoming- even in their send off while we checked out!
