Pros:

Dicht bij Graceland met gratis shuttlebus.
Gratis parkeren.

Cons:

Kamer naast betonfabriek, veel lawaai.
Ontbijt zeer weinig keuze.
Zwembad gesloten terwijl het buiten bloedheet was.
Hotel was in renovatie..
1 persoon receptie, zeer lange wachttijd en erg onvriendelijk.

Sono ancora in attesa di.un risarcimento danni da voi o dalla struttura o in coordinazione da entrambi visto che NON HO POTUTO DORMIRCI E HO DOVUTO FARE TANTI CHILOMETRI PER TROVARE UNA SOLUZIONE.

Non mancherò di segnalare il fatto alle associazioni dei consumatori e alla stampa specializzata.

Mi riservo comunque l azione legale  per "PARZIALE VACANZA ROVINATA".

E pensare che ero uno dei vostri "Migliori " clienti.

No pudimos alojarnos esa noche, porque no había luz en el hotel. La señora en la recepción nos dijo que no iban a cobrarnos la noche que nos fuéramos, y veo con sorpresa que se descargó el valor de mi tarjeta y me cobraron la noche que debo hacer.

Cons:

Porque me mintieron y me dijeron que no me iban a cobrar la noche, me dejaron sin ni reserva ese día que llegamos después de las tres de la tarde y me causaron un perjuicio irreparable y tienen el descaro de cobrarnos en la noche

Pileta de natación clausurada

La atención del personal.

Cons:

Contratamos el hotel porque tenía pileta. Al llegar nos dijeron que estaba clausurada y no nos hicieron ningún descuento. Nos dijeron que lo tenia que hablar con la plataforma.
