Pros:

Tout .Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Le personnel sympathique , les chambres près propres et spacieuses , rue assez calme , Petit déjeuné gargantuesque , Piscine , salle de fitness , Vraiment du haut de gamme accessible.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'ont pas de parking , on trouve des places gratuites dans les environs , mais cela dépend l'heure il faut être patient et tourner un peux.

Pros:

The location it was fantastic right within walking distance to all the attractions & restaurants.

Cons:

The only negative was the pool. Thou it was clean it was not heated. So being there in mid may with the winds blowing the pool was COLD.

Fabulous location, city hotel, fab views
Pros:

Location was excellent. Housekeeping staff, Marvena, was first class. View from our room on the top floor was amazing.

Cons:

No door to bathroom, WC metres from the bed. Breakfast average, most “hot”items were cold and the so called egg station was rarely manned. When it was, the chef was grumpy and difficult

Comfortable stay in a great hotel
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. A good choice at breakfast and the prices for drinks and food were very reasonable. The hotel is ideally situated for the old town and is close to many bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Pool coil be a bit bigger (although the nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away).

Great hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

We recently stayed at the hotel for one week. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean in communal areas and bedrooms. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of choice for all tastes. The location of the hotel is really good - close to harbour, port, new town and old town. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Great location near old town and harbour. Comfortable bed . Terrific view from our balcony.

Cons:

A little old fashioned. Breakfast could have been better quality. Pool area was way too small for the number of guests.

Pros:

A fantastic hotel in the best location.
Pros:

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Rhodos Horizon City. From the moment we arrived it was special. We were welcomed with a cold glass of bubbly and a fridge magnet to take home.
The room was beautiful and clean and the housekeeping kept it that way all week. The pool and restaurant areas were always kept exceptionally clean too.
The service staff, especially Flora, were very friendly and always had a warm hello and a smile. They made us feel truly welcome. The food and drinks were great and very reasonably priced.
George, who played music in the lounge, was fantastic too.
The location was exactly what we wanted with a short walk to the city, the beach and the Port. It couldn't have been better. The WiFi is also really strong throughout the hotel.
I will happily stay at the hotel again and am already looking forward to our return.

מיקום מעולה, במרחק הליכה מכל מקום. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. חדרים נקיים ושירות מעולה.

היינו בחדר בקומה ראשונה, החל משעות הבוקר המקודמות יש רעש בלתי פוסק של צלחות וסכו״ם מהחדר אוכל ובשעות הערב עד השעות המאוחרות (משחקים שמשדורים בטלויזיה או מוסיקה בלובי) יש רעש בלתי נסבל בחדר ברמה שזה מרגיש כאילו יושבים אצלנו בחדר. קירות דקים ברמה ממש בעייתית וזה השפיע מאוד על השינה.
