Hotel splendido ottima prima colazione, staff molto cordiale. La mia suite aveva un terrazzo molto spazioso e attrezzato vista piscina. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Very clean beautfuily decorated hotel. Well situated in Rhodes town. A few minutes from the beach and the town centre. Big room, very big bed with very powerful shower.

We had a lovely Stay here for 10 days In May. Positives: Very Comfy Beds. Superb Shower. Great A/C and easy to use. Clean. Fridge had free drinks upon arrival. The Location was great to get to old town and any other part of Rhodes Town. Negatives: Not Many, only the Balcony was a bit narrow. We did get locked out of our Safe 2 times but room service were fast to respond. Breakfast was Excellent and relaxing. Bar Staff very Friendly. Costs for Drinks was very good compared to other places we went to, and they did have a couple of 2 for 1 cocktails nights (Happy 2 hour) I would recommend this hotel if you ever consider to stay in Rhodes town.

Excellent Hotel, well situated for everything. Good choice at breakfast although the hot section needs to be moved, hot food is only warm due to where it is served. Staff are very friendly, pool area is small but we opted to pay for Sunbeds at the Casino where there is a bigger pool, better beds and a small bar serving snacks. Door stop on bathroom floor in room 203 is in a bad place and you can’t avoid banging your feet on it. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely use this hotel again if we returned to Rhodes.

Расположение отличное, 7-10 минут прогулочным шагом до старого города, 3 минуты пешком до Средиземного моря и 5 минут до Эгейского моря, завтрак вкусный и обильный, хороший кофе и соки, много вкусной выпечки, десертов, сладостей, сухофруктов и фруктов, никаких очередей на завтрак, есть бар и ресторан, порции огромные, десерт подают как комплимент, цены вполне адекватные, даже ниже , чем в ресторанах , в отеле и номере чистота, полотенца ( меняют каждый день) и белье новое, никаких неприятных запахов, звукоизоляция хорошая, кондиционер новый и тихий LG ( шуршит), мини бар в номере входит в стоимость единожды ( пиво, лимонады, вода, орешки), полотенца на пляж и бассейн без залога и меняете сами по необходимости, бассейн маленький, но чистый, мало лежаков у бассейна, напротив гостиницы 2 супермаркета, поблизости еще 2, русскоговорящий персонал, персонал вежливый и внимательный, номер с видом на море выходит на порт, можно наблюдать за яхтами и лайнерами, отель находится на улице, которая не имеет интенсивного движения

Great little hotel, superb location. Easy walk to the beach and the old town. Lovely restaurants nearby, in particular Koykos, on a great street with nice shops and restaurants, just round the corner. Food was better outwith the old town walls,

We took one of the suites on the top floor. Super outside space, fantastic view over the harbour. Quirky storage space! Small fridge was useful. Lovely housekeeper called Marvena, very friendly and helpful.
A couple of oddities though. The jacuzzi bath was required to be filled and emptied by the hotel staff. This to me takes away the idea of relaxing in a bath! I did fill it myself on the first evening, assuming that the housekeeping staff would empty it the next day but they didn’t. So I had to call reception to get it emptied - which was done from outside our room!! Needless to say, I didn’t use it again. Far too much hassle.

The open shower/wet room situation meant that we used endless towels mopping up the floor. It was quite dangerous and slippy and because of the whole open plan room/bathroom thing (see below), the water went everywhere!!

The oddest thing of all was no door to the loo/bathroom. The WC was literally one step away from that side of the bed. We really did not like this set up at all and this would stop me from recommending what was otherwise a very nice room with amazing views.

Another office was buying a drink at the bar. You didn’t pay the bartender but instead had to go to the manager who was sitting at the end of the bar and pay her!! Very strange!

Reasonable breakfast, don’t try to get eggs cooked to order - the chef was grumpy and absent. But the coffee was good!

I had a very pleasant stay at Rhodes Horizon City. The room was comfortable and clean, and featured a contemporary decor. I appreciated the room's balcony. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of hot and cold options. The hotel's outdoor seating for meals or a drink was very pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location in the New Town, with plenty of dining and shopping options and proximity to Elli Beach. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Palace of the Grand Master.
