Great Value. We'd book again!
Pros:

We liked the fragrance of the room and the quiet. Plus, the room was very clean.

Cons:

The A/C had trouble keeping the room cool at night. Also, the door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close.

Everything was clean other than the half eaten chocolate bar on the night stand.

Cons:

Very dirty! Elevator was really dirty, and our room smelled like pee. The location of the hotel was pretty questionable and will not be back to west memphis ever.

Lo que no me gustó, me hubiera gustado una regadera sin bañera y con la regadera fija no en forma de manguera qué la tienes que agarrar para poder echarte el agua,el almuerzo estaba muy cargado el café y siento que falta variedad

The bed is not comfortable.
Cons:

The beds are not firm enough. I sank into the mattress to the point where my back was hurting. I couldn’t sleep so I left and got another hotel room from the holiday inn.

Pros:

Good location, pet friendly and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

One of the rooms I rented was not clean. Floors were dirty and sticky, food from previous tenant was left in the fridge.

Lack of cleanliness
Pros:

The Bed was comfortable and that was about it.

Cons:

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Sink area was full of hair. Shower was black and dingy. The shower had not been scrubbed in quite some time. Turned the shower on, and hair and blad stuff started flowing to the drain. Horrible
