The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was very nice with no issues. However, if you book a handicap accessible room, it shouldn't be on an upper floor and as far away from the elevators as possible. I am not in a wheelchair, but can not walk long distances. The walk from the parking lot to the elevators, then all the way to the end of the hall was way more than should be necessary.
There was a very nice worker named Tarvia and she helped us get a room last minute when the other hotel canceled our room and made sure we ate.
The young lady at the front desk, Tyissia (sp?) Stanton was extremely helpful and kind, immediately responding to our requests and sharing information about places to eat and things to do locally. She knew just what to do to solve the issue with my double booking. She was amazing!
That our 100-pound dog wasn’t able to join us on our trip.
I like that the hotel was right off the interstate. I like that there were great breakfast options. Very friendly staff. My remote was not working but the was quickly taken care of.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
The pool is way smaller than the picture makes it look.

The property itself was cleaned in the common areas
They put me on a floor with a lot of pets and there was an odor soon as you stepped off the elevator on the floor and dog hair in the hallway. The beds were very hard and this my second stay there and the beds were hard.
Breakfast was good for help yourself style. The waffles were good but the eggs and sausage were not! Coffee was very weak.
The towel service was poor! They give fresh towels after 3 days. The same for making the beds! The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
