Pros:

The room is huge and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable king-size bed and lovely lighting. The best part of the room is definitely the Jacuzzi and the spacious shower, which make the stay feel luxurious.
The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from the city center.
The customer service was outstanding. They quickly resolved an issue we had with the bed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with lactose-free milk, even though it wasn't on the menu, and were happy to accommodate additional requests for breakfast.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The bed was very dirty, with hair left behind by previous guests. It also appeared to have dust mites, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable ,we couldnt sleep the first night.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο καθημερινά, με φρέσκες πετσέτες και άψογη φροντίδα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδιαίτερα βολική, καθώς το κέντρο της πόλης απέχει μόλις 5–7 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ η θέα στη θάλασσα από το τζακούζι ήταν πραγματικά μοναδική. Το κατάλυμα διέθετε όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές χωρίς να λείπει το παραμικρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, φιλόξενο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία ή ανάγκη μας. Επιπλέον, το πρωινό που περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή ήταν άφθονο, εξαιρετικής ποιότητας και μπορούσες να επιλέξεις καθημερινά αυτό που επιθυμούσες. Θα το συνιστούσαμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια άνετη και ποιοτική διαμονή.

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει πραγματικά κανένα αρνητικό. Έχει όλες τις παροχές και προσφέρει την άνεση και το luxury που χρειάζεσαι.

personale carinissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, camera pulitissima e colazione buona e abbondante, zona piscina molto rilassante per non parlare della jacuzzi in balcone un vero e proprio paradiso. zona perfetta giusto 10 minuti dal centro spero di tornarci al più presto consiglio a tutti!

Tranquillità e servizio eccellente.
Pros:

Zona perfetta per raggiungere il centro di Fira a piedi. Camere molto ben curate e personale davvero gentile e disponibile. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata esterna un vero relax alla sera!

Great place to stay. Staff was even better. Loved it !

Great place. Spacious and centrally located in Fira. Emi and the rest of the staff were awesome. Very helpful , informative and very accommodating. They made all desired arrangements and were on top of their game to make us feel comfortable. Pool , Jacuzzi and good arrangements overall. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We visited Last year beautiful rooms and hot tub great staff and pool

Cons:

Only thing was no acknowledgment of our wedding anniversary as I’d emailed the hotel to say didn’t expect anything but would of been nice to acknowledge this also less toiletries than last year had toothbrushes and moisturiser but none this year so left ours in apartment in Perissa so had to purchase these

Pros:

Beautiful boutique property. Wish we had some time to spend to enjoy the property as well. They were very kind to us on the morning for our check-out. Thank you!

A little walk from the bus station/old town (approx 10min)
But a nice quiet safe area.

Pros:

Tout. Le personnel attentionné et charmant. L'espace piscine et jacuzzi est magnifique et au calme.
Le personnel de ménage est très compétent et gentil.
Le confort des chambres est de bon niveau.
Proximité avec le centre à pied.
J'y retourne sans problème.
