The Nuxe Spa is accessible from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

There is an additional charge of 16 EUR to use the spa, Please contact the reception to book your access.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 euro per pet, per (night) applies.

Please note the following terms of access to our Spa area, applicable each year, from June 1 to October 31:

Spa access price: €16 per adult (from 16 years old) and per stay.
Fee for minors under 16 years old is 6 € per stay for the samedi period.

Outside of this period, access to the Spa remains free for all our customers.

Reservations: All reservations for access to the Spa must be made at our reception, by email or by telephone.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

On s'attendait à bien mieux vu le prix de la chambre

Emplacement de l'hôtel est central, près de la plage, du casino, des commerces et des restaurants

Cons:

Nous avion réserver une place de parking, le premier jour place prise on s'est retrouvé dans une place tellement étroite que j'ai du sortir de la voiture pour que mon compagnon se gare sinon je ne sortais pas une fois collé au mur. En fait une place placard, le jour suivant rebelotte une autre place attribuée qui était prise. Au final, nous sommes parti nous garer au parking du casino.
Autour de la baignoire, il y avait des points de moisissures au prix pratiqués c'est pas normal.

Cons:

It’s outdated for the money you pay. I wanted to use the spa, as that’s why I chose this place. They didn’t have enough massage therapists, and the sauna wasn’t working!!! They work short hours. Bummer !!!
Also, you can hear everything outside your room as the cleaning staff start their conversations loudly and very early in the morning.

Could be a great apartment if a fan was supplied and the beds were better. Not great value for money as it is at the mom

Small but well designed flat that is well equipped

No WiFi ( as clearly stated)
No aircon and No fan, so too uncomfortable to sleep.
Very basic beds with no headboards, just a single well worn pillow on each and fairly old bedding . Nothing like in the picture

Charming hotel with great location.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. A little dated but enjoyed the hotel.

Duur voor wat je krijgt. Je moet overal apart voor bijbetalen. Ontbijt, de spa, parkeren. Terwijl de kamerprijs al behoorlijk hoog was.

A really chic hotel with wonderful chill out garden area. Breakfast good.
Pros:

Spa facilities looked extensive but used the pool to cool down after a very long drive from Rouen.

Cons:

Car park quite far from building (a trolley would be useful if you have a lot of bags).

Un peu vieillot, mais calme et bien placé
Pros:

L'emplacement (bien centré et calme) et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment au petit déjeuner. La petite terrasse devant l'hôtel est sympa.

Cons:

Ne mérite absolument pas les 4 étoiles. Très mal insonorisé (on entend le détail des chasses d’eau et discussions des autres!), salle de bain vieillote avec chasse d’eau qui coule et finitions mal faites (tuyaux d'écoulement apparents, joints jaunis). Pas de cabine de douche. Juste une petite baignoire. Pas de bouteille d’eau ni d'échantillons Nuxe (au vu du prix de la chambre et l'insistance sur la marque, on aurait pu s’y attendre). Pas d’éclairage global dans la chambre. Connexion wifi ne fonctionne pas. Un jour, la chambre n’a été faite qu'après 15 heures.
Spa très petit (pas d'endroit pour "se poser") et très bruyant. Payant. Ne vaut vraiment pas la peine.
Petit déjeuner irrégulier avec parfois moins de choix que la veille. Peu de choix dans les pains et thés.
