My husband and I got so lucky choosing Casa Once #2 for our stay! We traveled for my cousin’s wedding, and as we searched for a hotel, this one caught our eye right away. The breakfast and service were perfect! Eduardo and Anthony were so kind, and my husband and I absolutely LOVED the service and attention we received. The restaurants nearby were delicious, and everything was within walking distance. We hope to travel back soon and will 100% rebook here!
Casa Once offered a beautiful and tranquil setting in the heart of the historic centre. The room was a well resolved contemporary design that was both stylish and functional, with a lot of attention given to comfort and detail. The staff were very accomodating and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
If you go to Queretaro and like boutique/historic this is your spot. This is the second time we have stayed here. Great location in historic district, amazing owner and staff. Great bfast in courtyard. We’ll be back.

El hotel esta maravilloso, la ubicación es inmejorable, es una finca hermosa, esta super limpio, el trato del personal, el desayuno fabuloso, la habitación y la limpieza, es un alojamiento que desde un punto de vista muy personal tiene que tener una calificaicón de 10,
todo en el hotel es perfecto,
El lugar está muy bien situado, en el centro, cercano a todo pero muy tranquilo.
La decoración está muy bien así como los amenities, es privado y se siente uno en casa.
La atención y el desayuno, excelentes !!

La ubicación perfecta, se llega a pie a todo lo que hay que ver en el centro de Querétaro. El desayuno es bastante básico, pero bueno. Las habitaciones muy lindas. El personal muy atento.
