Pros:

El hotel está genial cerca de todo pero un pelín retirado del bullicio en una zona tranquila.Lo mejor el personal y la encargada! Super amable y atenta. Nos gestionó todo y nos hizo sentir super agusto.

スタッフの方はとても親切だった。旅行プランの様々なアドバイスももらえた。そして自分の部屋からナイトマーケットまでは歩いて15分以内で着く。マーケットを散策中にVDNのお札に印刷されている日本橋も見れた。15分も歩くのか…と思う人がいるかもしれないが、近すぎると逆に騒がしくなると思うので、ホテルはちょうどいい距離にあると思う。有料だがホテルの自転車を借りてアンバンビーチ沿いのカフェやバインミーのマダムカンにも行った。ただし、道路には信号がほとんどない。車やバイクの往来が激しい中、地元民は自分のタイミングで交差点を横断しており、注意喚起のためにクラクションもよく聞こえてくる。そこに進入するには初めかなり勇気がいる。たまに逆走するバイクもあるので、全方向を確認する必要もある。日本とは全く交通ルールが違うので慣れてくれば逆にそれが面白く思えたのだが、覚悟のある人だけが自転車を利用した方がいい。町中で自転車に乗っている観光客は時々見かける。

4階だったからか？使用した時間帯のせいか？シャワーのお湯があまり出なかった。けど次の日は全く問題なかった。

賑やかなナイトマーケットに近いのに、ホテルは静かで快適
Pros:

スタッフさんが親切で、とても親身になって対応してくれます。観光の予定を伝えると色々な提案をしてくれました。ホテルのレンタル自転車を使ってアンバンビーチまで冒険しましたが、ホイアンの街の雰囲気、道路事情を肌で感じながら自転車で走るのは特別な体験で楽しかったです。心地よい疲れをホテルで癒し体をリセットして夕方のナイトマーケットに行きましたが部屋の窓から見える程アクセスが良く、またナイトマーケットからは適度に離れているため、夜のホテルは静かで快適に過ごせました。オススメされたバインミーのお店もとても美味しかった。いいホテルです。ありがとうごさいました

4階だったからか？遅い時間だったからか？
初日だけシャワーからお湯があまり出なかったです。だけど2日目はちゃんと熱いお湯が出ました。

Agréable et reposant.
Pros:

Localisation parfaite. À 5 minutes à pied de l’hypercentre et en même temps un peu à l’écart de l’agitation.
Les bons plans et bons conseils de notre hôte pour les sorties.
La petite taille de l’hôtel. Une douzaine de chambres très soignées.

Hôtel très agréable à proximité de la ville
Pros:

Séjour très agréable, la chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée (grande baignoire). Le petit déjeuner et préparé chaque jour avec des fruits frais. Mention spéciale pour les hôtesses d’accueil qui sont à l’écoute et proposent pleins de services et de bons plans.

L'emplacement calme à 5 minutes à pied deu centre.
Très belle piscine et hôtel très propre.
Personnel arrangeant et toutes les activités et transport peuvent se faire avec l'hôtel.

Una struttura che consiglio assolutamente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hotel davvero fantastico, in una posizione comodissima, vicino al centro e perfetto per visitare la zona. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale: sempre cordiale, sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti in ogni momento.
Un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la possibilità di organizzare il trasferimento da e per l’aeroporto direttamente con l’hotel, con prezzi decisamente più convenienti rispetto a Grab.
Inoltre, direttamente in hotel è possibile prenotare escursioni e tour: una comodità enorme e, soprattutto, abbiamo trovato prezzi scontati che non venivano applicati neppure prenotando gli stessi tour direttamente sul posto.
Insomma, un hotel che ci ha conquistati sotto ogni punto di vista: pulizia, posizione, cordialità, servizi e convenienza. Se dovete soggiornare in questa zona, lo consiglio assolutamente senza esitazione! ❤️

Very simple breakfast options due to limited cooking facilities, omelette or scrambled eggs lovely. Local style rice of pho if ordered the day before.

10 min walk from the old town along the river, convenient.

Hoi an - Great stay!
Pros:

Very clean property with an amazing staff, the 2 ladies from the reception were supportive and provided good advice for our visit.
Location is perfect
Breakfast was nice
