Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable y te apoyan en todo lo que necesites, nos dieron early check-in por lo que se les agradece enormemente ya que teníamos una boda. La ubicación es excelente, la alberca y jacuzzi cumplen con su función. En relación calidad / precio es una opción muy buena!

Cons:

No me gustó la limpieza de la habitación, pueden mejorar… así como también en el montaje de la cama, ya que no teníamos cubre colchón y las sábanas y cobija se sentían muy desgastadas. Una de las toallas nos tocó manchada.

En general bien pero si pueden mejorar en este aspecto. Gracias!

The location was very convenient, the staff amazing and the place clean.
Pros:

The place was very nice and clean, but the best thing about that hotel was the staff, every single staff member was super, very helpful with my many questions and requests. They where friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

Cons:

The thing, I disliked was inevitable and mostly because I wasn't used to it; and that was the roosters, who do their thing pretty much all day and the dogs, who bark loudly at night. I swear every house in Tepoztlan has chickens and there are too many street dogs. There was a neighbour who liked playing his music loud, but that typically was only for a few hours.
