Hôtel charmant très bien situé.
Pros:

Nice hotel in lovely setting . Close to Pégasus Bridge and the ferry .
Pros:

Great location , restaurant very good food . Has parking which is a plus . Room nicely decorated . Outside seating area perfect for a drink .

Cons:

Shower area needs attention , re grouting/ cleaning . Some aspects of the room needed cleaning , mini fridge . There was an overcharging issue which was sorted out after some discussion .

Nuit reposante dans l’ensemble, malgré la présence de quelques effets incommodants.

Chambre agréable et lits confortables

Cons:

Odeurs d'égout dans le couloir amenant à la chambre ainsi que dans la chambre N°5.
Présence de poussière ++ au niveau de la tablette supportant le sèche cheveux.

Nobody at reception to let us in. More people waiting there. Eventually got a room in seperate location at a car park. Wasn't the room we booked (no bath, smaller size) went to complain, all I got was an arrogant shrug.

Convenient accommodation with great restaurant close to ferry & Pegasus bridge
Pros:

Great family room with 2 double beds, excellent shower, tiny loo.

Restaurant is amazing & good value for money.

Cons:

No fans or aircon during exceptional May heatwave.

Booked jacuzzi 4 days in advance but found it wasn't warmed up & would take 5 hours beyond the time booked to get to temperature - got refund, but disappointing for service offered by an "and spa" hotel.

It was good for the price.
Pros:

- Quiet and peaceful ( not crowded area)
- walking distance to Pegasus Bridge
- closer to ferry port
- lovely breakfast ( to mention free range eggs) yummy

Cons:

Would be nice if all staff ( from receptionist to staff assisting breakfast) can speak English.

Bathroom needs a bit of bleaching (rubber that hold the shower curtain/panel)

So möchte man als zahlender Gast nicht behandelt werden ...

Die Zimmer sind okay, der Parkplatz geschützt und groß.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel von unterwegs aus ca. 1,5 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft gebucht. Da unsere Fähre von Jersey aus später abfuhr, brauchten wir einen Zwischenstopp und haben uns für das "La Glycine" entschieden, weil dieses auch mit einem guten Restaurant wirbt. Die Buchung wurde bestätigt. Als wir um 19:15 Uhr anreisten, fanden wir sowohl das Hotel wie auch das Restaurant verschlossen vor. Ein Telefonat ergab dann, dass der Concierge frühestens in einer Stunde da sein könnte, es würden aber Schlüssel auf diversen Zimmertüren stecken. Ein zweites Ehepaar, das eine Fernwanderung von Unterkunft zu Unterkunft machte, erlebte das gleiche Schicksal. Sie hatten sich noch mehr auf die Möglichkeit, hier etwas essen zu können verlassen. Letztlich haben wir dann irgendein Zimmer bezogen und wurden um 22:15 Uhr von weiteren Anreisenden aus dem Schlaf gerissen, die an unserer Tür rüttelten ... vermutlich wussten auch sie nicht, wo sie unterkommen sollten. Wenn man sein Hotel so führt, sollte man die Gäste wenigstens angemessen informieren. Wir würden hier aufgrund dieser Behandlung nie wieder übernachten. Die Zimmer an sich sind okay, aber im ETAP hätten wir das alles auch günstiger bekommen.

Pros:

L'établissement principal avec le restaurant est très joli. Les chambres sont reparties sur deux bâtiments dont un de l'autre côté de la rue. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et calme.

Cons:

La chambre correspondant à ma réservation Booking stipulait une baignoire hors on nous a attribué un douche à l'italienne, pas grave mais agaçant. Nos serviettes de toilette étaient à d'âge, à mettre au rebut.
