Great transit stop if using the Caen ferry.
Pros:

Very convenient if using the Caen to Portsmouth ferry.

Room was clean and comfortable, if transiting, then perfect - not sure if I would want to stay there for a week!

Cons:

No Aircon - room was very hot.

Very enjoyable albeit short, well located for our visit to the area.
Pros:

The rooms are of a good size and well quipped, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean, also a good size with a good shower. The breakfast was plentiful and the evening meal also, with a very well prized menu, the staff were very helpful and friendly, there is plenty of parking within the hotel and outside along the road.

Cons:

The towels could with replacing, they are showing signs of wear as they are no longer soft.

Great stop-over location arriving off the ferry late at night

Beautiful building, excellent location. Receptionist Lou was charming.

Cons:

The property was closed when I arrived early in the afternoon so I couldn’t check in.
There were no curtains on my room
The room, and shower were not clean
The drinks tray was awful

Good restaurant but not electric bike friendly!
Pros:

It has an excellent restaurant.

Cons:

We arrived on electric bikes which have built in batteries and require reasonably accessible power point. Although the bikes were able to be well secured in a locked garage, the hotel was unable to provide a charging point.
