Amazing hotel, great location inexperienced staff
Pros:

The location was amazing with a view on the river
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable
Parking onsite a bit tight for wide cars but still doable it’s an underground parking to which you access by an elevator.

Cons:

The staff were just not that professional, delayed Check in because the receptionist had to go for the reception desk to the Bar to serve some unhappy customers that didn’t agree on the way he was serving them white wine with a measuring cup rather than directly from the bottle to the cup.

They kept arguing while we kept waiting for him to finish that task to check us in.

To avoid miss interpretation the guy was very nice and had a positive vibe it’s just that it seemed like if he doesn’t know what he’s supposed to do and that he’s wearing to many hats.

The lift inside the hotel was not working, so had to use an external lift. The carpets need a deep clean.

Great location and breakfast.
Pros:

The location is walkable to Aldstadt and also across the bridge to a walkable area with restaurants. The breakfast was very good. Great access to the path by the river for a morning run. They kindly let us in our room about 2 hours early.Great

Cons:

We paid for the river view, but with a room on the first floor, our view was mostly just trees. If you want a view, ask for a room on a higher floor.

Fijne plek om terug te komen…
Pros:

De lokatie was perfect, we hadden een zeer grote kamer met ruime badkamer met bad en douche. Uitzicht op de Main. De ( frans)balkon deuren konden open en er was airco.
Prima ontbijt! Fijne parkeergarage ook voor onze bijna 2 mtr hoge auto. Met autolift.
Het hotel ligt tegen de Altstad aan maar is toch heel rustig.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles prima! Maar je zou kunnen zeuren over tapijt in de kamer, de douchedeur afdichting zat los, ( vergeten door te geven) ,er waren wat slijtplekken aan het bed! Maar ik zeur niet..

Pros:

Bellissima posizione, struttura pulitissima bella e poi il parcheggio sotterraneo che può ospitare anche van extralong come il mio, non ha prezzo, ho speso volentieri 25€ per una notte di parcheggio.

Cons:

24,90 € a persona per la colazione è un furto!
Buonissima la colazione, non fraintendete, ma a quel prezzo, in Italia ci si fanno 10 colazioni identiche.
Sinceramente è la prima volta che mi accade di non avere la colazione compresa, ma Qui è errore mio.

Gute Lage am Main, zentral fussläufig zum Römer, zur Altstadt.
Gutes Frühstück für EUR 24,90 p.P. / Sicheres Parken im hoteleigenen Parkhaus für EUR 25,-

Cons:

Das kleine, viel zu enge " Deluxe Doppelzimmer" bot kaum einen Durchgang zwischen den Betten und der Ablage an- dafür einen unhygienischen Teppichboden. Der Schrank war viel zu klein, um unsere Garderobe aufzunehmen. Der Safe war verschlossen, die Fenster nicht sauber. Zur Begrüßung nichts - klein Wasser, völlig unpersönlich. Nichts zu schreiben!
Im kleinen Bad - ein Waschbecken -keine Toilettenartikel, dafür viel zu kleine Badehandtücher. Der Kosmetikspiegel an der
Wand lose... Housekeeping offensichtlich nicht vorhanden!
Sparkurs auf der ganzen Linie! ( Zimmer 401 )
Als " Zusatzbonus " nachts ein häufiges Brummen - woher auch immer...

A chaudement recommander
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, chambres spacieuses et propres, belle vue sur la Main, coup d’œil à couper le souffle sur le Sky Line et la cathédrale depuis la terrasse roof top.
Parking souterrain payant très pratique
