Pleasant and convenient location
Pros:

Have stayed previously, staff always pleasant. Room was dusty on last visit but very clean this visit.

Other than the sleeping arrangements, it met all our expectations.
Pros:

Staff were great, they all had a positive attitude

Cons:

Possibly have the option of 2 double beds in a twin share. Both of us are over 6 foot and found the beds to small. My Colleague was on crutches so the bed size impacted his sleep.

Pros:

Both days the juices were empty .the eggs were not there in the first morning and then no bacon or tomatoe sauce on the second day .my family ate toast fir 2 days after paying good money for breakfast .wasnt satisfide in the slightest .

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The water fountains, the fresh fruit available

Cons:

The quilts on the beds were too small, 2 people could not share.
The bedding was ripped.
On-site parking is overpriced.
The shower could not keep temperature, was fine and then scalding hot and then freezing, turning the taps did not help.
Too much chlorine in the spa, it burnt your eyes.
